After running the information by Toby after taking him home and getting him settled, Lagi noticed that toby had a fanalis sigil on him. Toby said he nabbed it from one of the fanalis when the village was attacked, but it was pretty tattered, which made lagi a bit suspicious. Toby also told lagi that there was some sort of individual in black armor floating over the army of the fanalis, and that the fanalis had the faintest smell of dead flesh. It was masked expertly, but Toby was still able to notice. After getting the information that lagi needed, he headed to meet with Hidan. "

After arriving at the palace of kings and meeting with Hidan, Lagi had hidan run an emergency background check over the Fanalis corps vigil that Toby snagged off of the fanalis that attacked. Also, an individual with black armor floating kind of reminded lagi about the black king candidate powers that he used to have,. "IS the contractor involved with this?" If so, why was he making a move against lagi now? Or did the contractor had no weight to pull with the candidates that he manages with his djinn? With Hidan coming back, it was revealed to lagi that the name that was engraved in the vigil was belonged to someone who died in the first instance of when kou first attacked Reim under the rule of the old Kou emperor.
