Deft Parry: Defensive abilities can only redirect or block abilities equal to their tier.

Control Flow: Needs more for the requirements/restrictions. Something like your character needs to be on solid ground or have solid footing. And for the ability if you're actually redirecting damage in any form you need to include the tier of damage in which you are. If you're just moving out of the way to knock someone over the ability would stay supplementary.

Raindrop: It seems the ability is just a diagonal slash, so it would only be an offensive ability.

Backslash: How exactly do you deceive them to think you're slashing in front of them, do you prepare to slash forward then bring your blades backwards. And if this is the case you should include in drawbacks that if someone interrupts the fake slash then it would stop the ability. If that's not the case could you please clarify what your character is doing to make it seem like they are going to slash forward, like to they prepare and then spin around to slash.

Sword Shower: You put warrior in the tier. Warrior abilities are normally supposed to be precise attacks detailing what you're doing. While the wording itself isn't bad just know your slashes can only be how the ability describes it, so it would be an assortment of different direction slashes or so on and you would have to describe where you are slashing when you do use it. Also with how this seems to work you could add or change in your drawbacks to say it only works while he is moving. Since as I read it it's an ability that requires you to move, so you can't persay rush towards someone, stop slash them a couple time then turn around and use the rest on a guy next to you.

Deft parry: It would be 1 B-tier 2 C-tier and 4 D-tier

Control Flow: If you're splitting this ability into def and sup you'll have to lower the damage you can redirect to C-tier
