Appearance: Normally the item is just the hilt of a whip but  when activated it will cause lightning to come fourth up to a length of 15 meters taking on the shape of a whip.
Function:

  • By paying 15 magoi a turn the wielder can summon the lightning aspect of the whip. This will allow raw lightning magic to form to any size up to 15 meters. The whip will deal C tier damage upon impact and will cause whatever area it strikes to be stunned for 1 post after. The whip can move at a speed of 20 m/s . 5 post cooldown. 
  • Can register up to 2 B tier Storm based abilities that use the whip as a medium.


*This does not take up any of your item/weapon slots. This is a magic tool and may be used by anyone of appropriate tier.*
