Description: Once fed magoi, Cold Casket opens its jaws and lets out a deep blue mist that comes out as a cone that can span up to 10 square meters. It dry ices over any foe exposed to its blue mist. The foe must thaw the dry ice via B-Tier heat in order to escape, that is a person's only way of escape. The blue mist lasts 1 post and any object or person iced over is frozen for 3 posts.

Description: Once fed magoi, Cold Casket makes a fence of dry ice bones, 10 meters height wise and 10 meters wide wise. It defends the user from B-Tier moves and below, unless scaled to A-Tier. The fence can be made up to 10 meters away from the user or closer, just depends on what the user wants to do. If the fence is touched by the target, the target is frozen over on the surface. You'd need B-Tier strength to break the dry ice that had frozen you.

Description: I'm going to be a nitpicker and tell you that dry icing is not a word that you would use here. It would simply be frozen, freezing, etc.

Despite dry ice being something that is not like normal ice made with water... I decided that we should stick true to the magic type itself rather than resorting to confusing realistic standards. So, this is my verdict on how this ability should work:

Instead of it only requiring heat to escape, we're going to treat it like normal ice. It requires B Tier damage to break out of the freeze.

On an additional note, you need to choose whether you want the mist to last or the freeze to last. There is no way this is getting both.

Type: Supplementary would best suit this ability if I understand it correctly.

Description: It would have to be an A Tier ability with the way you have it written. You have two B Tier effects and that can't happen. If you need to be clarified:

You're saying that this directly protects you from B Tier damage or above like it is a shield. Then, you're saying it freezes a target for three posts if it is touched. That would make this an A Tier ability.

You should make it a wall of dry ice bones that can be broken with B Tier damage. It would still serve the same purpose but it would be an indirect shield. However, if one touches this directly, whatever they touched the wall with gets frozen for three posts or if broken with B Tier damage.
