Requirements:

• Entry: Must be invited by a current member to become an Initiate. Eventually a thread will be created dedicated to the group's current goals and activities in which Initiates will be voted upon by the other current members. A 2/3rds majority must be reached for an Initiate to become a fully fledged member.
  
• Departure: Once you are a fully fledged member, you will always be considered as such, even if you come and go as you please. However, only those considered to still be active members will gain the representative benefits.
  
• Activity: Must complete this site's monthly Activity Check in order to be considered an active member.
  

Description: Varia currently does not have an ultimate goal in mind. When enough resources are gathered and influence is stockpiled, then the group will decide how to spend their hard earned currency to change the world, for better or for worse.
Varia's long term goal is to gain influence and resources across the globe with which to help blossom their yet determined ultimate goal.
Varia's short term goal is to enthrone influential individuals and increase their ranks with resourceful members. However, only those invited and eventually voted into the group are worthy members.
Leader: There is essentially no single leader in this group due to the voting system. Depending on the current goal or location of the group, an active member may take the lead due to their expertise and knowledge on a given subject.
