Zadi has defeated many foes within the boundaries of this Coliseum. However, Zadi has also lost once. Memories came back to Zadi as he walked through the entrance of the Coliseum, but Zadi wasn't here simply to do battle against talented adversaries. No, Zadi was here to scout for talent! What better place than the Coliseum, right? Unfortunately, setting up a "free-for-all" against one person was difficult to pull off. Thankfully, Zadi's riches helped cover the cost to 'rent' the Coliseum for such an event and also pay for advertising. This whole endeavor put a dent in Zadi's finances, but the end result ought to be well worth the trouble...hopefully.

The advertising around Reim would hopefully bring forth all sorts of individuals wanting to not only become part of Zadi's group but also wanting to win 25,000 Huang. Obviously, Zadi didn't want only greedy people joining his group and leaving shortly after with the Huang. That kind of risk was too great to leave to chance. Therefore, Zadi made sure to bring along with him Dark Blood. This ring of Clairvoyance magic would prove invaluable to Zadi in sifting through the greed and lust of this competition. Those that impressed Zadi but only wanted to Huang would be turned away whereas those willing to dedicate their time and effort into helping strengthen Zadi's group would be rewarded.

The time and date was set. Zadi arrived at the Coliseum in hopes of finding talented, dedicated, and not greedy individuals. Anyone could fight Zadi one-on-one or join together as a group. Impress Zadi and there's a chance you'll obtain Huang and a spot within his group. However, if a great deal too many talented individuals worthy of Zadi's group showed up, there would need to be extra competition. Zadi didn't have all the Huang in the world after all.

Standing in the center of the arena, Zadi waited for competitors to arrive!

Dark Blood:

OOC: This topic is open to anyone who wants to join a group Zadi is forming. The goal of the group will be to help Solomon become a King. After that, the group will try to help more people achieve the same goal. If you are able to impress Zadi with your fighting and quick thinking, then you'll not only be allowed into the group but also receive 25,000 Huang. Lie to Zadi just to receive the Huang and he'll know, not give you the Huang, and keep you from joining the group in the future.

This topic is not kill-viable. Zadi doesn't have the Huang on his person.

If you don't post within 48 hours of the person before you, you'll be skipped and not allowed to join the group. Activity is important.

Farid was here investigating the markets of Reim, wondering just how he could turn up a profit with a global trading company, but there were other things on his mind. He was well aware that perhaps at some points he might have to grease the wheels of bureaucracy, or perhaps there would be a challenge to great for him alone, or even before that maybe he might not have the manpower alone to complete his goals for the present, let alone the future.

This is what had caught his eye in the first place. There was a small flyer about a recruiting process. If he were going on with his own group, if he could collaborate with this group to give him the edge in the future, it would be perfect. It had seemed to be a group with some lofty goals, but were more than willing to compensate anyone for their time. Twenty-five thousand huang was nothing to scoff at. However, Farid was a negotiator. If they were willing to drop that much on anyone, he figured he was worth twice as much.

Farid Issah approached the Colosseum with his iron club in tow, strapped to his back. He had intended on getting in without having to fight, but he has brought along his tools, just in case. The Colosseum was oddly quiet for a sporting event and it had seemed as if no one else was there. Farid continued to approach, until he saw the silhouette of another.

"How's it going? I'm Farid." He shouted til the acoustics reverberated the echo back. The halfing spoke quite casually. He walked with shit chest out, as soon as he was within range of the stranger, he went in for a hug.

An individual finally showed up within the Coliseum! Zadi was happy that someone came in spit of everything. Anyway, the manly man walked up to Zadi and gave his name, Farid. Strangely enough, the man didn't look like he wanted to fight, or tried to go in for sucker punch in the form of a crushing hug. Regardless, Zadi assumed he would be quick enough to dodge a regular hug if push came to shove so the blonde just put his Dark Blood ring finger on the man's chest and used Dark Blood's special ability in order to see the memories of Farid within the past five days.

Two birds with one stone really; the hand to block body crushing hugs and Dark Blood to learn of Farid's intentions. If Farid, for whatever reason, allowed Zadi's hand to touch Farid's chest, then Zadi would learn that Farid wants to join the group for basically the same reason that Zadi started the group, minus Ani. To be able to influence the world is a powerful ability and Zadi intends to shape the world using said influence. For better or for worse is unpredictable for Zadi may change as a person if things work well or go sour. Regardless, Zadi would allow Farid into the group as long as Farid could prove his worth as a fighter. Peaceful negotiations are great making Farid that much better as an individual, but battle is sometimes unavoidable regardless.

In this case, battle would be unavoidable. Whether or not Farid came in for a crushing hug or not, Zadi had to say something, "Sorry, but no hugs today. If you want to join the group, you'll have to prove your fighting capabilities." Zadi's shield was on his back and his sword sheathed, at his side. However, that quickly changed with a nibble grip from Zadi's available hand towards Rukh Slayer, the sword. Zadi then proceeded to try and hit Farid's chest with the pommel of Rukh Slayer but only deal C-tier damage despite Zadi's trained strength. Hopefully Farid's fighting skills were as formidable as his personality.

I was walking through the city not being able to believe my eyes at the sheer about of intricate designs and architecture the city of Remano. Though I am still a magician and don't really worry about using work with my hands I can't help but love the handiwork of the regular people who don't have the ability to command the rukh to help build their structures for them. Thats not why I'm here I am here for two reasons one to see what its like to be around the goi...or should I call them non magicians now and also to get stronger though I can use magic in mundane, support settings I've yet to master combat so where best to try to improve my combat than at the coliseum. I spied two men looking like they were about to initiate combat I came closer towards them partially nervous that I would get caught in the crossfire but I stood up for my self and came closer to them "Hey!" I chirped trying to get the two mens' attention, "My name is Job Durkfahl" I told them politely "I'm new to this city and I was wondering if you to knew how to fight if you I would like to join your group so that I learn how to fight with non magicians." they seemed like good people to join, I reasoned in my head. If they accept me this will be great!

Farid was stunned momentarily by Zadi's strike to his chest, impeding his hug. Not only was this sort of action against his expectation, more importantly, it was fast. Even faster than him. "Look, I'd love to fight. I really would, but for twenty-five grand?" Farid crossed his arms, his head tilting to the side. "I don't even know if I want to join your group."

Farid looked at Zadi's obvious grip on the blade, despite his own complete lack of aggression thus far. Farid uses the epitome of his fanalis speed to hop back a few meters out of the range of the short-range pommel strike. "If you attack me again before we have an understanding, I'm done." Farid tugged on his bottom lip with his teeth in a display of displeasure.

When at this point an innocent boy had come to into the arena. He must have been very unfortunate. Farid quickly sized up his physique and came to the determination that he was as strong as a lamb. He turned to Zadi once more. "You'll give me a hundred thousand huang, because I'm four times stronger than this guy over here." Even despite this demand, he was intrigued by Zadi's strength, perhaps allowing a bit of leeway in the negotiation. "And while you're at it, you might as well let everyone know what you're recruiting for."

It was at this time where Farid undid the wraps to his weapon, which produced a loud thud against the Colosseum floor, a testament to the weight of his kanabo. A pure iron club with stud running down each face of the armament. Farid reached behind him to the handle, and brought his back to a natural position, letting the club rest in front of him.

With the help of Dark Blood's ability, Zadi was able to discern Farid's intentions with the hug, not to mention the unsurprising talk about negotiations. Zadi saw this all coming, a cheeky tactic indeed. Good faith converted into a bargaining chip. However, Zadi was impressed with the quick thinking Farid did in regards to the new presence, Job Durkfahl. On initial inspection of Job, he seemed like the magician-type; feeble bodied but highly curious. He also looked very young which concerned Zadi. Anyway, Farid's negotiations would get him nowhere if Zadi had anything to say;

"If you came here then you either want to join the group, add Huang to your purse, or both. Ideally this group will be made up of ambitious and talented individuals blind to greed and material belongings, but I'm not completely blind to material belongings so I'll let your greed slide...for now."

Zadi took a deep breathe and relaxed his stance, keeping his grip Rukh Slayer. He sized up Farid and tried to make sense of his deeper motivations. From what Dark Blood gave Zadi, Farid is an entrepreneur more than a fighter. Zadi is technically similar, less a fighter than whatever else Zadi truly is. Unfortunately, if Farid is unable to at least loosen his greed, then he'll lose all the opportunity and Huang Zadi is offering.

"If you're a real negotiator, you'll simply settle for the 25,000 Huang due to the potential this group has for your future. The goal of this group is not to help ourselves nor to help individuals. No, the goal is to help everyone, in due time. The more Kings and Queens we seat, the greater this group's influence grows. I shouldn't have to continue explaining myself if you two are as smart as I believe you to be. And besides, I find potential to be more important than raw power. Farid, Job...if you two can prove to me that your potential is limitless, then I'll double your reward."

Zadi prepared himself mentally and physically for some sort of response from the two of them. If the two of them worked together on the fly, that would be grand. However, Zadi didn't think they could, at least not yet. Farid is too strong physically for Job to keep up. Granted, Job might be a magician skilled in support skills. Regardless, Zadi waited.

I readied my wand because I was determined to prove himself to these two men I knew that I could do it these two looked like they would be able to help me get stronger. their rukh was shining quite brightly. I knew that I needed to hold myself together and maintain my confidence in order to get them to accept me within their group "I may be weak physically but I can help you with my wind magic" Ithen proceeded to cast the spell Asfal Habar in an attempt to obscure Zadi's vision so that Farid could get a strike on him without taking any damage. if that worked I would use my asfal shariha to help deal some damage to Zadi.

Farid listened carefully. He had a bit of respect for Zadi as a fighter. He was either in the same boat as him as a halfling, or he was one of the strongest humans he had ever laid eyes on. If his word was as strong as he was, perhaps this would be quite an opportunity for him, and an extra hundred thousand huang would be insignificant in the grand scheme of things, but his ears still perked up when he heard the chance of doubling his starting bonus.

"Well, I guess that'll have to do."

Farid looks to Job to see what his reaction was, and to his surprise, the weak fighter was not only ready to fight, he was also a magician, which would explain his frail body. Typically Farid would've wanted to fight one on one, but for the sake of earning the title of limitless potential, he would work with the magician. As he did a preparation move with his wand, Farid dashed to the max capacity that his Fanalix lineage would afford him. As he charged a gust of wind full of debris would impede the targets vision, and during this time, he brought the Kanabo from the ground holding it like a bat then going HAAAAAM on Zadi, he repeated the strike four times. Four horizontal swings aimed up and down his sides.

Zadi was mildly pleased by the response from the lion and the lamb. Only mildly because Zadi couldn't tell if their teamwork was intentional or lucky. All Zadi could see was a quick glance from Farid towards Job and debris blowing the blonde's way, probably because of Job. Farid made his way towards Zadi either to try and strike first or to take advantage of the flying debris. Again, Zadi couldn't tell if teamwork was at play or lady luck reared her ugly head. Zadi wasn't a fan of luck, but about that later.

Zadi nimbly grabbed his shield from his back and then used Flapping Dragonfly in order to blow away the debris coming his way. At the same time, Zadi used his trained speed in order to draw and point Rukh Slayer towards Farid for parrying purposes. Such a large club would obviously be used for close combat. Using a combination of his trained strength and four instances of Flexible Centipede, Zadi was able to slide the club's blows across the side of Rukh Slayer's blade, so as not to injure the sword's edge, leaving Zadi uninjured. However, the blonde warrior didn't counterattack the lion nor did Zadi focus his offenses towards the lamb. He stayed on the defensive in order to conserve his stamina.

"I can see the potential, but I can't tell if it's limitless or not. Flexible teamwork turns someone's potential limitless."

I decided to do some some more support I used the spell Asfal Halfina which created a tailwind to speed up the half-fanalis man in order to attack the sword wielding warrior. "Use the wind speed yourself up" I'll need some time for this next spell" I decided upon using the strongest spell I know, hopefully being able to help out with some damage Asfal Tafif wrapping myself in wind walking towards Zadi attacking him with the wind that I had accrued around me. I would try Asfal Habar again to inflict what I could on him. I would yell to Farid "Thats all I've got you go for it now!"

Farid was impressed that with every swing, the warrior would deflect in quick succession. He dashed to the immobile enemy's side with his enormous club overhead. Now bringing down the kanabo down to the floor to the full force via Earthquake. As the club made impact with the ground on, the ground was destroyed, looking as if it were shattered by the sheer force. The ground was now much harder to traverse, if one were unskilled. Farid let go of his weapon, and with his free hand went for a hook towards Zadi's face, using the maximum of his fanalis strength. Then following up with an uppercut with his other arm. After his quick 1-2 combo, he pressed his hands against Zadi's chest and pushed him back with his full force, in the direction of his dropped weapon to trip him over it, while giving the magician a chance to have the targets back.

(OOC: Farid, spoilers please. Job, don't post late again. I set the 48 hour rule because dungeons use the same rule. Post late in a dungeon and you are dead. I'll forgive you this time but I won't hesitate to let you go if it happens again. Also, create those abilities soon or you won't be able to officially fight anything anywhere.)

Maybe Zadi felt overwhelmed by the number of spells and techniques being thrown at him, but Farid and Job seemed to work well together. Job's wind magic supported Farid and hindered Zadi, forcing the blonde to use what little wind-suppressing techniques he knew. Zadi used Flapping Dragonfly again in order to get rid of the boosting wind and the speeding debris. In the meantime, Farid used the distraction in order to shake the ground at Zadi's feet, forcing Zadi's legs to concentrate on balance rather than movement.

Zadi was able to bring his shield in before Farid tried to punch Zadi in the face, only to be blocked by Knight's Defender. Farid seemed to be as strong and fast as a seasoned fanalis, similar to Zadi. However, neither Zadi nor Farid seemed to have the distinct physical features of a fanalis, the red hair. Zadi trained his strength and speed to fanalis level and by the look of things, so did Farid. However, one can never be too sure.

Anyway, Zadi was pushed towards the weapon that Farid left behind, despite Zadi's efforts to block the push with a shield. Indeed, a push is tougher to suppress than a fist. The shaking of the ground certainly didn't make Zadi's footing any more stable. Zadi then had to block the oncoming Job and his windy hit. The Flapping Dragonfly didn't seem to affect this wind spell, probably because a continuous stream of wind circulated around Job's body. Zadi blocked the fist with his shield, much like Zadi did with Farid's punches, and stood ready...to speak;

"Alright, either you two are working well together or luck is allowing some leeway. Regardless, I haven't seen either of you injure each other yet, so I'm not disappointed. You both have potential so I'll allow you to join the group. However, in order to prove you have limitless potential...you must injure me. Granted, you don't have an unlimited amount of time to injure me. I'll decide when we stop sparing."

Zadi continued to stand ready for whatever the duo threw at him. If they could injure Zadi within a reasonable amount of time, they would each get their monetary rewards doubled, as promised. Teamwork is great only when it amounts of something. In this case, that "something" is an injury on Zadi.

I stood my ground just off to the side of both men. I was pleased that we were working so well with each other. I felt like it was easier for us because we had the same goal in mind. That said, having 4 siblings it's easy for me to work with others. I was tired, breathing heavily at this point and I didn't know what else I could do. I'm still not used to fighting and I don't know too many spells still. Farid could feel a surge of wind surrounding his body. His stamina-drained body felt lighter and faster, his muscles no longer required to exert the same effort. He sped towards his Kanabo, instinctively lifting it with one hand. His legs sped across the floor, attempting to get to Zadi's rear if he would allow it, otherwise only taking a few second to move around.

Farid inhaled the magical air around him, taking a deep breath. He would unleash a roar against Zadi, hoping to catch him offguard. The iron club resting on his shoulder as he used his free hand to backhand Zadi across his face, only switching his technique if coming into his shield to grab and try to fling it out of his hand with a less forceful contact, as to not break his equipment.

After using his test strike, he went for another set of home-run swings against the warrior now that he had used his defensive multiples times in a row. His shoulders squared up for a second as he brought his hand back, using full use of his ally's wind blessing. His body contorting to get the maximum torque as he swung his club using his full range of motion to get the most of his swing. The he repeated the swing, still using the momentum of his body turning. As his body finished turning, he brought back the club and took his ability to its next scale, taking another pair of chops at Zadi.

Zadi didn't notice the bruises on his arm because his shield seemed fine enough. However, upon further notice, Knight's Defender fell apart leaving Zadi unknowingly undefended against part of Farid's second punch and Job's windy hit. Zadi's arm was exposed, forcing Zadi to throw his shield to the side after his embarrassing speech.

"Looks like I need to work on my observational skills...as usual. Well, regardless if they land more hits on me or not, I'll double their reward. 100,000 Huang is a small price to pay for a fierce lion and a magical lamb."

Without a shield, Zadi looked far more vulnerable than before. The lion and the lamb both seemed to notice the opportunity, the lamb boosting the lion and the lion going in for the metaphorical kill. Unfortunately for the two mammals, Zadi already prepared himself for shield-less situations. He kept his balance in check, readied his sword, and used a double scaled Steamed Lobster. The roar from Farid reminded Zadi of a fanalis, certifying the 'lion' nickname. However, the roar wasn't just for show; Zadi's body was slightly stunned in the process. However, Steamed Lobster made sure no more harm would come to the blonde, maybe. Zadi tripled his defense in case Farid and Job went wild for whatever reason. Steamed Lobster blocked all of Farid's hits, dissipating the kinetic energy from the strikes like a borg. Zadi then quickly tried to speak in spite of the roar's stunning effects. If Zadi could speak;

"Alright alright alright! You two will get your rewards doubled! I didn't notice earlier, but you both damaged my left arm because my shield broke. Basically like blocking with flimsy parchment. Anyway, I don't have the money on my person so meet me later at this address. After that, whether or not more members join, we'll discuss the group's next move."

Zadi verbally gave the address to where he was staying so they could pick up their doubled rewards. At least, that would be the plan if Zadi could speak despite the roar. Zadi wanted to rest now in case more candidates showed up. Fighting against Farid and Job any further wouldn't be in Zadi's best interest.

Farid bowed to him and would ingrain the location where they would meet so he could collect his money. He stood in front of Zadi now with an arm extended, offering a handshake, hoping he wouldn't strike him again as they had initially met. "There's two issues I have. First, you say you want to seat kings and queens. How are you going to do this? It can't be that easy.... or do you already have connections?" Farid was very curious about this answer. This was something he himself wanted to achieve in Balbaad, so perhaps this would be even more than he bargained for. "I'm not even that much of a fighter to be frank, my talents lie elsewhere. Also, what do you need from me? And you'll have to keep something in mind. I'm going to Balbaad in the next month actually."

Perhaps this would interfere with things, but if he was truly as powerful and as resourceful as he made it seem, these questions wouldn't pose any issue.

"I'll keep you company for a bit too, I wouldn't mind getting a first-hand view to the kind of talent you're recruiting." Farid would now, now begin to stretch his body while he waited for Zadi's response so he could properly soothe his body and restore his stamina from the exhausting exchange with this amazing fighter.

Job left and Farid stayed with Zadi. Having recruited two members into the group, Zadi felt drained and decided to rest with Farid. Job seemed to trust Zadi's word more than Farid did. That or Job simply came here for the money. Zadi didn't get a chance to use Dark Blood on Job in order to detect the magician's motivations. With Job now gone, Zadi had no choice but to wait until next time hey met Job. As for Farid, he posed some good questions which Zadi would be somewhat happy to answer. Only somewhat because Zadi was afraid Farid would no longer be interested in the group if the blonde didn't answer "correctly", so to speak. Regardless of Zadi's mood, he answered the fanalis man;

There seemed to be two issues which Zadi also thought needed decent answering, "In order to find a worthy candidate to seat, our group will find a dungeon and let the rest of the world know it exists. People will flood the dungeon's location and from there we hand pick an individual to assist in obtaining the power that lies within the dungeon. How we seat the individual is far more complex and requires input from the individual in question. How they want to become a ruler is important if our group wishes to keep a connection going."

Zadi took a deep breathe and then continued, "Speaking of connections, I have almost none, hahaha! But don't be discouraged by that fact. I once had many connections, but they all fell through for various reason out of my control. Life happens and we must push on." Zadi then remembered Chimera and the notebooks they both shared. If Farid is leaving for Balbadd, giving him a notebook would be extraordinarily useful for further communication. Zadi reached inside his kimono and took out the Journey Book that Chimera once held, giving it now to Farid.

"This notebook is magically connected to my notebook. Write something down in one notebook and the other will show the message. I don't know the details of the magic behind such a feat, but with these notebooks, we'll only be a scribble away." Zadi then handed the notebook to Farid in hopes that he'd take it with him, wherever he went. Hopefully Job didn't have to go anywhere because Zadi currently only had one pair of notebooks. Anymore would also put further dents into Zadi's precious expenses.

"Having another pair of eyes scouting for talent would really help, thanks." And with that, Zadi rested with Farid while waiting for more talent to show itself, hopefully.

Farid recalled a lesson from his youth about becoming the change you want to see. Farid definitely enjoyed the type of goal that Zadi had set. Lofty ambitions, with tons of talent to back it up but perhaps lacking direction. However, Farid was no idiot, he was able to realize Zadis strength, physically and financially. Even if this goal of his were to fail, perhaps he would invite him to join his own group that he was forming. It was unfortunate that they hadn't met sooner.

Farid bowed graciously, accepting the journey book. "Ah yes. I have heard of these things. They seem a little old. Maybe if there were other little spells you could combine with them, maybe share pictures or hear each others voice, and mass produce them so everyone in the world had one. Maybe one day in the future..." Farid sighed as the creation of magical items were beyond his grasp.

Farid would finally start his stretching by sitting down and reaching for one leg at a time, alternating legs over a minute. And even bringing his toe back to stretch his calves, alleviating the pain from the build up of lactic acid.

"I ain't discouraged, but I will have to let you know that such words don't work for everyone. Even if you had absolutely nothing before today, you now have me and that kid, and you should say as such. 'I am now working with a magician and a great fighter' et cetera. Also, don't forget to take stock of your inventory. I would have asked about the other kid. You never know whose lives lead to what. It is a small world, what if that boy was the grandson of a mage in Magnostadt? Its notoriously difficult to get access there, that might have been an in." Farid was merely mouthing off some tips as merchant, that could be vital in getting new blood.

"Anyways, I am from Balbaad and a merchant at heart. I have always been good with sports too. Where are you from? You don't exactly look like you are from Reim, even if you could pass for one. And that swordplay... That was amazing, I had never seen anything like it. That definitely wasn't from here." Farid was slowly inquiring about his new ally, and was wondering where this relationship would lead.

Wow, Farid sure loved to talk. Granted, Zadi also liked to talk, even if the blonde thought otherwise. Anyway, Farid gave some good advice, but Zadi liked to tell the truth. However, Zadi wasn't against stretching the truth. Having two connections isn't super duper, but simply saying that Zadi has connections is enough. No need to add numbers to the answer from now on. Though, what Zadi noticed about Farid is the arrogance in his words. The fanalis referred to himself as "a great fighter" rather than saying "a warrior". Zadi wasn't against a little arrogance from time to time, so he wouldn't think much of it. But if Farid's arrogance got out of hand, then perhaps Zadi would do more than just take note.

"Thank you for all the compliments, but I'm just a human with above average fitness. As for my swordplay, I was probably influenced by my home country, Balbadd. I'd like to believe I came up with the fluid parrying on my own, but an individual's subconscious thoughts are always active and learning." Now it was Zadi's turn to ask Farid some questions, "So, did you learn your fighting style from playing sports or from some place else? I can't seem to put a location to the style you use, especially with such a unique weapon." As Farid answered, Zadi got out a Small Snack and began eating it, refreshing some of his lost magoi.

"I'd have to say more than a warrior, I'm simply an athlete." Farid mused with the fighter, taking out his journey book then offering a final handshake to end his meeting. "Balbaad, huh? That means we're practically brothers." He padded down his clothing, getting them as clean as possible with a single sweep. "Build up those contacts, and if you need a candidate to be king, I don't mind standing up to the plate."

He gave a wink and pointed at Zadi with a hint of friendship, having establish some rapport. He had left the Colosseum, but left a quick note to Zadi from his Journey book.

"I'll be seeing you."

Farid gave his answers and in turned responded to Zadi's questions. A relaxing talk among colleagues, perhaps even between friends. Farid was given the book and headed off to his own country, Balbadd. A nice coincidence that both Farid and Zadi came from the same country. However, Zadi cut whatever weak ties he had to Balbadd. Zadi still doesn't know why he did, so perhaps this longing to go back home is a sign to...well, go back home to Balbadd. Simply enough really; if you want to go back home and you can, why not? After all, Zadi needed time to think about how to find a dungeon in order to get the mechanics of the group working. Zadi said, "Later Farid. Say hello to Balbadd for me!" and then pondered while continuing to rest.

"Looks like the books work. I never got to test them with Chimera...well, good to know I've been able to kill to two birds with one stone; Farid is part of the group and a potential King. Granted, he doesn't seem to be the type to care about monarchy. Meh, guess I still don't know him well enough."

It shined immensely bright as the morning dawned upon the night of Trently's arrival in the empire known as Reim. Voyage across the rough but beautifully vast sea, Trently was left weary but his excitement to be in Reim overcame that exhausted feeling. Stepping foot outside the vessel in which he arrived to Reim on, Trently grips his bag of his belongings as he began to wander off in awe. Once he felt his being become drawn in curiosity to explore the massive empire, Trently's memory snapped and gave the young mercenary guidance on where to be directed. "Those sailors back there who I hitched a ride with... They told me it was best to check out the Colosseum..." Trently reminded himself as he lightly swung his head around, inspecting his surroundings. On the wall of an inn, Trently notices an advertisement poster that appeared to be advertising an event of some sort taking place in the Colosseum. After reading the poster, Trently's interest was peeked in heading over to the Colosseum. Dawdling over to the Colosseum, Trently's only real reason to head to the Colosseum was because of his curiosity.

Entering along with his weapons and belongings in tow, Trently steps foot inside the Colosseum. Not even a word, Trently entered with complete silence but obvious curiosity. Examining the whole Colosseum while he entered, Trently notices an individual resting. "Greetings! Or... Yo! You can call me Trently! I just arrived here in Reim and happened to catch eye of that advertisement of yours!" Trently exclaims as he greeted the resting individual with a warm heart smile. "What exactly are you scouting?, if I may ask?" Trently presenting a question immediately after.

The day grew longer, yet nobody more seemed interested in joining Zadi's scouting fest. That is, except for one more individual named Trently. He looked like a former resident of Kou, but the same could be said about Zadi, what with his pink kimono. Anyway, Zadi got up from his rest in order to greet the new face standing before him, with a smile of course. However, Dark Blood would not be used just yet. Only when Zadi had been given trust by Trently would Dark Blood be able to operate long enough to reveal this man's intentions.

"I'm Zadi, nice to meet you. This group being formed is scouting for rare talent. Our intentions are to seek out and crown potential Kings and Queens in an effort to gain some influence over the world's order. For better or for worse is yet to be seen. Interested?"

Zadi kept his response quick and to the point. No sense dawdling, especially considering the day is going to coming to a close.

Staring directly at the resting individual, Trently caressed his earlobe with a faint smile. Arising from his resting position, the individual began to introduce himself to the young mercenary. As Zadi introduced himself along with his group's intentions, Trently strolled closer up to Zadi out of trust. "Definitely appears to be interesting in my eyes. Except for that you haven't yet told me how you'll go about appointing these new leaders. Mind letting me in on a bit more? Unless you need to test my capabilities of course before going more detail on the matter. If there is anything you need from me before heading more in detail then let me know." Trently volunteering to do whatever Zadi wishes in order to gain extra information on Zadi's group's intentions. "Also pardon me but... do you happen to originate from Kou or Kina?" Trently asks whilst examining Zadi's appearance and clothing which is very reminiscent of those from Kou or Kina. Deep inside, Trently was somewhat hoping that the man was from Kou although it shouldn't matter at all if he is or not.
