Name: Tan Sung-Sun | "Sun Sun" or "Dahlia"
Country Affiliation: Kou
Race: Human
Tier: D
Class: Assassin
Age + Birthdate: 23 | November 4th
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Pansexual
Personality:
- Cultured - Growing up in a household full of assassins and scholars, Sung-Sun was given a great education. So, she's had to tag along for many important occasions, forced to use her refined manners.
- Precise - Sung-Sun tries to be as accurate as possible every day of her life, especially since her line of work involves dying due to a lack of accuracy. As an assassin for hire, mistakes are not so easily forgiven.
- Capable - Being in her line of work requires tremendous physical capabilities. She is plenty capable of handling herself in battle, despite being a bit more frail than most. She will often use this weakness against her targets, tricking them into thinking she is some fragile maiden in need of help.
- Timid - Being somewhat sheltered during her childhood, this forced her to grow up quite shy. She's a bit better about it these days, but still finds trouble making conversation with people.
- Sarcastic - Despite being quite timid, Sung-Sun is well-known for her sense of sarcasm. While she isn't one to usually fool around, one might find themselves fallen victim to her blunt sarcastic side. This typically comes out when she is annoyed and or baffled by stupidity.
Likes:
- Family Buisness - Being the timid person she is, one might be surprised about how serious Sung-Sun takes her job. The line of assassin work her family does is essentially her lifeline, making her to want to hone her skills any chance she gets.
- Camping - Camping is something Sung-Sun has had to partake in since she started working for her family. Camping out is generally a much stealthier route than staying in an inn. Luckily, it is also one of her favorite things to do.
- Rainy Weather - Sung-Sun is a fan of just about any form of precipitation, but her favorite is a nice light rain, one without much lightning. It's both gentle and comforting, both being qualities that remind her of home.
Dislikes:
- Social Activity - Social Activities and Sung-Sun do not match at all, as she's much more of a lone-wolf kind of girl. She will often keep herself distanced from any kind of social interaction, even when people tell her how anti-social she can be.
- Being Corrected - Similar to most people, Sung-Sun is not a fan of being corrected mid-conversation. Doing so will typically result in getting her quite upset, which most will refrain from doing.
- Older People - Not including the elder's in the Tan family, Sung-Sun generally doesn't like older people. Even if they didn't do anything to her, she just really doesn't like how most act. That, and how they often smell.
Aspirations:
- Family Rights - Sung-Sun isn't simply out for her father's title, but she's absolutely willing to take over the family business if anything were to happen to him. However, this aspiration isn't very likely, due to the fact her brother, Bai, is technically next in line. This being said, even if the title was to be given to Bai one day, Sung-Sun would still have a chance of taking it through trial by combat. Though, she isn't very fond of the idea.
Phobias/fears:
- Failure - While not uncommon, Sung-Sun's worst fear is without a doubt, simply failure. This isn't referring to just failing to do any normal task, but to fail her entire family. Her family is the most important thing to her, and the last thing she would want to disappoint. She often questions this fear of hers, considering the fact she knows very well that her family would be willing to clean up after her mistakes. It's just, she can't bear the thought of ever disappointing them, after everything they've been through.

History:
Blooming of a Dahlia
---
Becoming an assassin for hire isn’t as easy as one might think. It typically requires years upon years of training and practice, and even then you might only be considered a novice to most. This isn’t much different for young Sung-Sun. While she might be considered blessed for being born amongst a family of highly-trained assassins, she wasn’t born anything special. Sung-Sun wasn’t anything like her other siblings, she wasn’t born gifted like they were. Instead, she was born an incredibly timid and shy child. Something she hasn’t fully grown out of, even to this very day.
Sung-Sun was born on a cold misty morning, within one of her family’s many houses upon the Jade Dragon Mountains. Similar to her gentle mother, Ai, she was born with a full head of beautiful dark blue locks. Something her other siblings, besides her brother, was not born with. This one feature alone was already an oddity amongst the Tan clan. However, this would not be considering a bad thing, as Sung-Sung’s mother is incredibly beloved amongst the entire family. This would cause the child to be treated with utmost care, treated similar to that of a princess. Whatever she wanted, she would get within a mere day. Due to the child’s gentle nature though, she never asked for much while growing up.
Upon reaching ten years old, Sung-Sun would be granted the privilege of training along-side her parents and siblings. This was something she had been anticipating for years, but was unable to do because of family traditions, despite getting just about anything she wanted prior. As she grew stronger every day, it would become evident that her body was much more fragile than most. This is considered the origin of her alias, "Dahlia". Despite bearing a fragile body, the child would eventually bloom into a beautiful and strong flower.
Nowadays, Sung-Sun is considered one of the family's elite, despite not being able to defeat any of her siblings in a spar. Even so, this does not effect her ability to carry-out the tasks she is given. While she's still got a long way to go, the "Dahlia" is slowly making a name for herself in the underground.

- The night sky was dim with light, the air filled with the sound of a thousand crickets chirping. It was a peaceful night, a night Sung-Sun could just relax and gaze upon the stars. She had already carried out her task that day, so there wasn’t a thing in the world she had to worry about. That was, except for the small chance of a bandit attack. However, the bandits around these parts typically attacked during the day, considering how dark it got in the mountains at night.
Even though all seemed well, the young lady couldn’t help but feel she was being watched. It was an eerie feeling, something she still can’t explain today. It was as if she was being watched from every angle, creating a sort of claustrophobic effect for her. The feeling only continued to grow as the night went on. However, she managed to sleep through most of it. Upon waking up, she would notice a strange doll that had been placed next to her. “Huh..” she would mutter, confused by the site. She had set up a couple of noise-traps before sleeping, so if anyone snuck up on her during the night, she should have been woken up by it.
