Poisonous Fang
Tier: C
Class: Ranger
Type: Offensive
Range: long
Requirements/Drawbacks: Requires a bow. These arrows have poisonous tips, therefore Toth must be extremely careful not to cut himself on his own arrow. This means it requires careful precision and Toth must stand still to fire.
Scaling: Range: The distance the ability can travel may increase by 5m for every 10 magoi/stamina that is invested.
Sustain: -
Cool Down: 2 post
Cost: 20 stamina
Description:
Shoots an arrow coated in viper venom at the target up to 10m away. This venom, while not immediately fatal, is quite painful. Deals C tier poison damage that lasts for 2 turns.

Class: Ranger
Type: Offensive
Range: long

Description:

The venom is of the same viper used for his poisonous arrows, however this venom was harvested to have a different effect on the afflicted. After the initial pain of being shot, the afflicted will become fatigued and move at half their normal speed for 1 post.

Type: Offensive
Range: long
Requirements/Drawbacks: Requires a bow. While firing multiple arrows in quick succecssion, Toth can only aim for a single opponent.
Scaling: Hits: The number of hits or projectiles will double for every 10 magoi/stamina that is invested.
Sustain: -
Cool Down: 1 post
Cost: 10 stamina
Description:
Nocking his arrows in rapid succession to deal D tier damage vs enemies up to 10m away. Being able to nick his arrows allows Toth to fire with a more precise aim.



Blind Shot
Tier: D
Class: Ranger
Type: Support
Range: long
Requirements/Drawbacks: Requires a bow. Toth must be careful handling this arrow as there is always a possibility that he poisons himself.
Scaling: Hits: The number of hits or projectiles will double for every 10 magoi/stamina that is invested.
Sustain: -
Cool Down: 1 post
Cost: 10 stamina
Description:
Toth fires a single arrow with a tip coated in concentrated viper venom up to 10m away. Once the arrow hits, the afflicted will suffer from blurry vision for 2 turns.



Scatter Bolt
Tier: D
Class: Ranger
Type: Offensive
Range: long
Requirements/Drawbacks: Requires a bow. If Toth's arrow was to come in contact with any sort of flame or spark, it will erupt prematurely and hurt him.
Scaling: AoE: The area of effect may increase by 5m for every 10 magoi/stamina that is invested.
Sustain: -
Cool Down: 1 post
Cost: 10 stamina
Description:
Toth fires an arrow with a tip created from various explosive substances up to 10m away. When the arrow hits something or someone after being fired, it will explode and damage all those within a 1m area for D tier damage. (the arrow must be fired from the bow to explode)

  • General

    Change range on every ability you have to long.
    Remove the sustain for each ability and replace it with either - or 0.



  • Poisonous Fang

    The cooldown should be 2 and the cost 20.

    The damage on this ability will have to be split. So state that the damage of the base arrow is D-Tier and it also applies a D-Tier poison that lasts for two posts. However, you could also choose to remove the initial arrow damage and make it apply a C-Tier poison that lasts for two posts.



  • Viper's Run

    Even though Lest was able to get away with her stamina locking magic, this actually won't work. If this were to work at all, I personally think it should be a higher tier skill if anything. My suggestion is to simply remove the initial damage from the arrow, and make it either slow or cause fatigue in the enemy.



  • Rapid Fire

    Ehh, this ability is a bit weird. It COULD work, but it would only be able to fire a single arrow. So you're not really getting the effect you want by doing it like that. This ability would work just fine as a higher-tier ability, but as a D-Tier I think it might just be a no go.

    On the bright side though, you could actually replicate this effect through just firing your basic arrows in rapid succession since there isn't really a limit to actions in a single post. Feel free to keep the skill though, if you don't mind it only being a single arrow.



  • Cover Fire

    This will either have to be changed to just D-Tier damage or just a slow. You'll also only be firing a single arrow unless you scale it. So make sure you change the "Toth fires arrows in quick succession" part to match up to that.



  • Scatter Bolt

    This one is missing sustain, so you might wanna add that.~

Oooooki doke, I think I've gotten everything.

changed the range/sustains.

-Poisonous fang modified as you requested.
-Vipers run was changed to a slow~
-Rapid fire changed to a single arrow shot quickly o3o
-Cover fire was removed as it would just be a repeat of vipers run. Changed it to a blinding effect for 2 posts with a -cost of 20 stamina
- scatter bolt now has sustain!

I hope that's better D;

All of your abilities need to state the base range of the attack. How many meters they will travel without scaling. The lower end for this would be 10m for specialty arrows, the upper end(for D-tiers) being around 40m for normal arrows that are simply being fired in a unique way.


Viper's Rain:
The effect needs a duration. 1 post is appropriate for a D-tier without scaling.

Rapid Fire:
The description talks about firing arrows in succession but the requirements talks about firing multiple arrows at the same time. Based on the name, I'm sure its the former. This means the latter should probably be reworded since this isn't an ability for firing multiple arrows at once.

I also suggest adding wording to this that you nock your arrows one after the other in an instant. This way you have some meaningful wording that will differentiate this ability from doing multiple basic shots in a row. This ability would let you do that, but faster.


Blind Shot:

Full blindness for two turns is a bit extreme for a D-tier ability. Blurry vision for 2 turns or blindness for only an instant(not even a full turn.)

This should only cost 10 stamina


Scatter Bolt:
Reduce the explosion radius to 1m

I'll quote some of Duq's grading that you had missed:

That will go in the description, not just next to the range value. Don't ask me why it's required, it just is.

You didn't miss this-- but the duration should be in the description. NOT as an extra field.

Rapid Fire

I would also recommend adding a little more to this description? It seems unfinished. I mean, you have to add the ranges to to it so it'll probably fix itself.
