Crippling Sweep
Tier: B
Class: Warrior
Type: Offensive
Range: Close
Requirements/Drawbacks: User can’t have crippled arms or legs. User needs a sword. Abilities damage is based on sword used in ability rather than ability itself. Can’t use with a shield. Opponent needs some kind of legs.
Scaling: More Damage
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 3
Cost: 30 Stamina
Description:

With a wide downward slash to an opponent’s legs, the sweep has the potential to do some serious damage to the legs. It won’t completely hack someone or somethings legs off singley.

Three-Slash Power-Attack
Tier: B
Class: Warrior
Type: Offensive
Range: Close
Requirements/Drawbacks: Needs two swords. User must raise first two strikes above his head. The third, he must spin.
Scaling:
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 3 Turns
Cost: 30 Stamina
Description:

User starts with the higher tier sword, raises it over his head and brings it down upon the opponent; deals D-tier dmg. The next strike is the same thing but with the lower tier sword. The final slash is where the user charges up his swing by spinning 360 degrees and doing a power attack, which uses both swords, dealing C tier damage.(Right Vertical Swing, Left Vertical Swing, Spin-Around Horizontal Swing)

Adrenaline Rush
Tier: C
Class: Warrior
Type: Supplementary
Range: N/A
Requirements/Drawbacks: User needs to be in combat or in danger. User can’t stack this ability. User can’t have a crippled head.
Scaling: More time added to the ability, 10 Stamina for every 1 extra turn.
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: N/A
Cost: 20 / 40 if combined with Cowardly Sprint
Description:

User is suddenly filled with adrenaline. Nothing physically changes, but mentally, the brain administers a drug to keep the body running and strong. Julius has tapped into his adrenaline preserves and is able to activate his adrenaline more often than usual. Used alone, he's able to run as fast as a C-Tier Fanalis. If paired with Cowardly Sprint using 20 more stamina(instead of 10 for the D-Tier Ability), Julius can run as fast as a B-Tier Fanalis. Julius also ignores all “out-of-stamina” effects for this period. Lasts for 2 Posts

Stunning Blow
Tier: D
Class: Warrior
Type: Offensive
Range: Close
Requirements/Drawbacks: User must aim and hit the head with the blunt end of a sword and/or the fist. Fist has to be a direct hit. User can’t use a crippled arm to perform the attack. Opponent must have a visible head.
Scaling: More time on stun
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 1 Turn
Cost: 10 Stamina
Description:

With a blunt end of the sword or a weak fist, the user can temporarily stun an opponent for 1 turn, which makes the target dizzy and unable to sprint without falling down.

Crippling Sweep:
Remove the stuff about crippling someone's legs and cutting movement speed as an assured effect. If you hit someone dead on with it and they act like nothing happened, pm them a complaint and then escalate it to bringing in staff if they refuse. But if you use this and they dodge slightly only taking a grazing blow, this obviously wouldn't cripple them.

Also, if you damage scale it up to A-tier it CAN cut legs off so maybe remove that line too unless you purposefully want to limit yourself. But then what's the point of scaling it up in damage?

Three-Slash Power-Attack:

These lines should be removed "Each swing’s damage is according to the sword that hits. Opponent can choose which swings to dodge and block." As both sentences are a given via the systems.

Instead there should be some kind of physical prep movement or condition like the raising of your swords overhead.

Also, you list 3 attacks here for C-tier damage. But B-tier can only split into two C-tier attacks. So either two of your strikes have D-tier potency, or you need to lower the number of strikes.

Just because your attack has D-tier ability damage, it doesn't mean that your A-tier sword won't still deal A-tier damage. It just means that you can't overpower C-tier abilities with that attack.

Adrenaline Rush:

You got too much going on in one ability. Choose either running away faster or ignoring damage. Also, we don't use m/s anymore. No hard numbers for speed.

Escape Artist:

You need to state the method of escaping from bonds such as dislocating joints and shimmying free. This is because some bindings might not be escapable with certain methods. What if someone had nailed your foot to the ground with a spear that requires A-tier strength to remove?

Your scaling should say amount of bonds based on what the requirements/drawbacks states.

Crippling Sweep:
How are you adding range to your swords? That's kind of impossible.

Adrenaline Rush:
Set the base duration to 2 posts.

Set the base effect to C-tier fanalis speed if used without cowardly sprint.

Stunning Blow:
You still have the scaling from the last move. Change the effect to making the opponent dizzy and unable to run/sprint without falling over.
