Appearance: Pluto is a special breed of canine that was bred by Minerva Corvus. It has a voluminous white coat with a large grey mane, long ears and tail. They have red sclera with a blue iris and get their name from the crescent moon shaped mark on their heads. As a juvenile, he is 152 cm tall but can grow to 304 cm tall.

Trait Description: Through successful breeding, this breed has developed a natural acid that they can release into their saliva to coat their teeth.
Trait Effect: This D-tier acid causes bad chemical burns. The burns will deal C-tier damage and if the saliva gets in eyes it can cause temporary blindness.

Trait Requirement: Lunar Canine
Trait Description: This species of canine has developed a resistance to poisons and toxins.
Trait Effect: He is able to resist up to D-tier poisons and toxins.

Trait Requirement: Lunar Canine
Trait Description: Through sheer genes, size, and good training they can pack more of a punch than some other canine breeds.
Trait Effect: When attacking the canine deals one tier up of damage to the opponent. If the tier is D the attack deals C tier damage.

Trait Name: Psionics Might want to try rewording this. I being intelligent wouldn't make it be able to levitate

Hopefully I don't need the money right away but I wanted to get him priced so I know how much I'll need. I tried to keep his abilities pretty tame for being a D-tier but if anything could be beefed up a bit more could you let me know? Thanks!

You don't need money. You're a Tamer. The traits are fine it's only D tier so these are perfectly viable.

Also, I want to make him a battle mount since I made him big enough but would I need to specify that anywhere? Haha. Sorry for all the questions I've been asking.

Any beast for a tamer that is large enough can technically be a mount.

Not at all, it's a simple mistake. There is no hard rule out there that psychic powers are banned. I'm just making that judgement call as an admin in order to maintain the atmosphere and theme of the source material.
