Race: Human
Tier: D-Tier
Class: Assassin
Age + Birthdate: 20 | April 5
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Homosexual
-Personality-
Personality: Aquila, an optimistic and regularly cheerful young adult, leaves the impression of having endless energy. Her smiles are bright and her eyes seem to have a sparkling twinkle to them. She always has the most playful grin prepared for others. The very eccentricity of her personality can become very overwhelming but Aquila never notices. Or rather, she refuses to notice. No matter what, no one has ever seen Aquila frown. Or at least, survived to tell the tale. But her mischievous grin had become very well known among her hometown when she was younger. Wherever she goes, people generally remember her or recognize her by her trademark grin.
Aquila doesn't allow any doubt to show in her face. No matter the challenge, she'll face with a grin and a confident stride. She has no qualms about taking on a challenge more difficult than she knows she can handle. She welcomes these types of challenges without a worry and with open arms. She sees them as opportunities to improve. Aquila's motto in life would probably be "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger". At times, some things she does seems stupid and even life threatening. But nonetheless, Aquila never seems to learn her lesson. She'll probably continue to tempt her fate until the day of her death... Which will probably be in this month. Oh well, we can all say 'we warned you' when it happens. Uh, just not in her face.
Aquila won't admit is but her stubbornness has landed her in some very tricky situations. She is unfortunately one of the most bullheaded and prideful people one will ever meet. Her determination is commendable but also extremely annoying when trying to prevent Aquila from doing something utterly stupid and probably going to be the cause of her death. When she makes up her mind, any sort of reasoning will fall on deaf ears. Even using force won't deter her. Aquila will find some way - anyway - to achieve her goal. She is frighteningly obsessive when she has a particular goal in mind. She might seem annoying but harmless in the beginning but Aquila's sheer determination and willingness to do anything to get what she wants makes her extremely dangerous and someone to be wary of.
Aquila can't stand the streets because of its messiness and dirtiness. She has OCD and can become slightly maniacal in unorganized places. She has a difficult time resisting cleaning up such places. Even though her personality may come off as unruly at times, she is anything but disorganized. The way she organizes things tends to be so complicated yet straightforward that most people can tell how she does it immediately. However, trying to actually use the knowledge and attempt to find something can be somewhat difficult, due to the fact that remembering the pattern can be difficult at times. It isn't a problem for Aquila, thanks to her long term memory abilities.
Just as she is surprisingly organized, she is also surprisingly strategic. Though she may do stupid things, everything she does is usually thought out and deliberate. She always weighs the pros and cons, though she tends to feel that even her death is outweighed by the pros. While she only resorts to possibly life threading desicions if she thinks she has no other choice, she isn't afraid of jumping into lethal situations. She has never once shown any fear of death and even purposefully provokes it. Another frightening trait about her. Aquila enjoys watching her victims fall prey to her often cruel plans. Though she would never admit to being a sadist, Aquila finds pleasure in observing her usually apathetic plans work.
Her devious plans reflect her own, apathetic nature. She cares little about others and merely sees them as the pawns of her games. A pastime of hers is fooling unsuspecting, foolish men by flirting with them. What she does is dangerous but Aquila's standards of "dangerous" are high and most things normal people would consider dangerous Aquila finds somewhat boring. Though she may seem like a friendly and obnoxious person, behind her dorky smile, a cruel smirk lies hiding. She doesn't appreciate human life at all and she finds it difficult to see others anymore as simple humans. Her apathy prevents her from recognizing life in humans. She doesn't she how others matter. Extremely selfish, Aquila believes that humans were made to be subjugated by her. They were created for her to order around. Several generations of men and women were born and died, waiting for their master to enter into the mortal world. One could say Aquila sees herself as a god. No
a god,
the God.
Likes:
- Subordinates - While she may not like the subordinates themselves, she does enjoy ordering them around. She especially likes it when they make it plainly obvious to how much they detest doing things on her whim. It gives her a chance to torture the silly, foolish souls.
- Torturing/Torture - This goes both ways, though Aquila wouldn't ever admit it. She is both a sadist and a masochist. Because of this, she inflicts self harm on herself. As a result, she has many scars. She doesn't hide purposefully either. If the world saw her scars, she could care less.
Dislikes:
- Chaos - She doesn't mind organized chaos - in fact, she quite likes it. But she absolutely abhors pure, chaotic messes. Aquila becomes quite daunting whenever she sees absolute chaos. Those who are unaware of her cruel personality will get a glimpse of it when Messes occur. This is definitely stemmed from her OCD behavior.
- Patriarchy - Nothing more can make Aquila's blood boil and make her pity the human race (or at least 1/7 of its population) than the idea of the patriarchy. She severely doubts the abilities of men and hates the idea of being subjegated to "those stupid fools".
Aspirations:
- Control - Her main objective in life is to control human existence and force everyone under her rule. She'll go to whatever lengths it takes to become queen of the entire world. She's even willing to enslave everyone. Actually, she is more likely to go down that route than be the fair and just queen. ... Not just likely, she will enslave humanity if she ever becomes queen.
- Dungeon Capturer - She seeks more power than she was born with. She heard capturing a dungeon is recommended route to power. Ever since she learned about dungeon, she has sought more knowledge on the subject. Her search for power is so great, she is willing to condemn her own self to find it. No matter the obstacle, Aquila is confident she can overcome it easily.
Phobias/fears:
- Truth - Somewhere beneath all the tipster turns in her mind, Aquila knows how childish she is. She is aware that her ideas are but fantasies and far from reality. She avoids the truth desperately, not wanting to hear any of the world and her deep subconscious's criticism. She fears having done so much cruelty and without any reason. In the end, she fears being called out as insane.
- World - From the very day she was born, Aquila had feared the world. She was frightened by its untamed wildness. But from the moment she was born, her whole city watched her, waiting for her to slip up. To prove she was unnatural. So as to counteract it, Aquila decided to fight back. To prove who was boss. And in her city, she did. But not without a price.
-Appearance-
Face-Claim: Hetalia, Nyo!Prussia
Hair Color: Silver/White
Eye Color: Red-Violet
Height: 177 cm | 5' 9"
Weight: 68 kg | 150 lb
Appearance: Aquila, though she may the daughter of a lesser nobleman, is of ranking blood no less. And yes, she was going to dress that way. No matter the fact that she did not have an inheritance, Aquila refuses to dress like a commoner. And like hell she planned to waste her beauty by bothering about something called modesty. Though some might disapprove of her short skirt, there are many who often ogle at her. Now as much as it disgusts her, this is exactly what Aquila aims for. Men are more susceptible to her tricks when they're too distracted. If they only realized what kind of threat Aquila was.
Though she might be the type to always look forward, there is one thing Aquila can not give up: her coat. She is extremely attached to it. She'd never give it up for the world. Despite it being old, Aquila's care of it has ensured it stay fresh. It does not appear worn and the colors are still bright. The coat fits surprisingly nice on her, despite its age. For some reason, Aquila never seems to grow out of it. She could care less if it makes her seem nostalgic or sentimental. Her coat is precious to her and the chances of her parting with it are none. It's almost like her coat is her baby. Just like any mother, woe to the person who dares steal her coat. She doesn't have a dagger on her body just for self-defense.

-History-
History: The very day she was born brought fear into her family's household. She had a very superstitious set of parents. When her mother's intense labor had finished and just as the baby was presented to her, a terrifying sound of lightening struck a nearby tree. They watched in horror as it lit up the midnight sky. Thankfully, the fire did not spread. Even so, the family took it as a sign that Aquila would grow up to be dangerous and someone to be feared. They wished to avoid allowing their only child become a monster. However, the path they took when raising Aquila would push the white haired child down a route of blood and terror. If only they had appreciated the gift twitch they had been given. Perhaps Aquila would have turned out differently. Perhaps she would not have the blood of a hundred and more on her hands. But as history shows, 'perhaps' and 'if' doesn't change anything that has already happened.
Her parents recognized how special their daughter was. But rather embracing it, they feared it. They spotted the traits of a murderer in their child and could only perceive Aquila as a growing demon. The horror they felt for bearing was all too recognizable. The couple was the lord and lady of a small city. They were lesser noblemen who governed it. Not only did the parents abhor the child, as did the people. Aquila grew up being scorned for her uniqueness. Men and women and children often shouted at her, angrily calling her a demon. Children fled from her presence, afraid of her so called cruelty. Her image was not helped by her demonic tantrums. All of it being caused by her insufferable loneliness. And not one person noticed. Not one cared to realize how lonely the poor, isolated girl was. All they could seen was a demon. A frighteningly, intelligent demon at that.
Instead of asking for dolls, young Aquila had requested toy soldiers. She would amass a great army of them and would organize them precisely. She could be chilling when her toy soldiers were fiddled with. She only let others touch her toy soldiers on one occasion: if they agreed to a battle. She liked playing toy soldiers and she also liked winning. From watching their daughter play with her toys, they could immediately tell that Aquila was a child prodigy, if they couldn't already. Her aptitude for the flute should have proved it already, of course. She moved her troops in an order that would have proved deadly for her opponent if they had been on an actually battlefield. Aquila proved to manage fighting against even the largest of armies. Her capabilities were vast but this only made people fear her more.
As she noticed the whispering and the hateful comments, Aquila began to avoid her toy soldiers. Little by little, Aquila removed herself from her "unordinary" activities and began to attend her duties as a
normal,
non-prodigious,
young woman. For the first time, her parents felt blessed to have her as their
normal daughter. They no longer viewed her as the monster from her previous years. As the years flew swiftly by, men and women no longer saw her as a monster. Even so, they continued to call her "demon". And Aquila continued to resent the world. She began to succumb to the belief that it was her destiny to become a demon. She suffered any nights of self doubt and thoughts of suicide. But in the end, she saw herself as too much of a coward to end her own life.
One of these nights, Aquila had a revelation. She told herself she was done with being a demon. She didn't want to continue being one. At the dead of night, without a moon to shine light into her bedroom, Aquila spitefully promised herself that whatever fate wanted her to do - she would do exactly the opposite. She refused to allow fate to govern who she was. With a terrifying whirlwind of feelings, Aquila decided to destroy the city she grew up in. It brought too many terrible memories. Before she initiated her plan, she stole away her memorable, blue coat. With it safely in her arms, she began to drop lit matches on the ground, where dry grass prevailed. Without a second thought, Aquila fled from the city, her delight obvious in her smile. She watched afar in satisfaction as the town burned down. Later on, when she inspected it, much to her glee, not one person survived the fire - except her, of course.
Fearing for her safety, Aquila fled from Reim. Since that fateful day, Aquila has traveled across the globe. But she has finally decided to settle in Balbadd. No matter, it's would be only a little while longer before she rose to subjugate the world. And then her revenge would finally begin... Humankind would pay for their transgressions against her. Then they would finally understand who their master was. (Her.)
Role-Play Sample:How long had he been here? On this ship? How long had it been since he had been dragged away from his family and knocked out? How long had it been since he had touched the silky green grass with his feet? How long had it been since his legs were free to jump and twirl and spin and run? Too long, he decided. Too long since he had seen his mother and father and his brothers. It had been far too long and Ariel wanted to go home. To go back to his family. To be in their warm care. He was only a child. He was confused and lonely and scared. The people around him were foreign to him. He could tell they were very scared. It made him scared in turn. He curled up in a ball and sobbed quietly. What was going to happen to him?
***
He no longer wondered what was going to happen to him. It was far too obvious. He would be made into a slave. Again. All of his instincts told him to try to escape. However, Ariel knew it was pointless. He had already tried to do so. He had failed. He was chained and shackled. He could not move much anywhere. If he did try to escape… Well, it probably wasn’t worth the pain.
He glanced at the other people. They were all huddled up. Some were trying stay strong and not cry, but Ariel could see the tears forming. Others were wiping tears away and sobbing. Ariel wasn’t. For him, it was all too nostalgic. He had already been captured once. He knew what his fate would be. For him, there was no point in crying. But he understood the others’ feelings. So very softly, Ariel comforted the others. He guessed many of them were surprised that a child of only twelve years old was trying to comfort them. But he guessed they were taking heart that a twelve year old was not crying. Many of them wiped their tears and smiled at him in gratitude. Despite the situation he had landed himself in, Ariel felt warm from the wordless thank you's conveyed by smiles.
