Brave Engage
Tier: D
Class: Warrior
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Requirements/Drawbacks: Must be using a Sword, and cannot be within Melee Range when the ability starts.  Because of the speed, he cannot change direction or stop the dash prematurely.
Scaling: For every 10 Stamina invested, the damage increases by 1 tier.
Sustain: N/A
Cool Down: 1 Post
Cost: 10 Stamina
Description: Caelus dashes forward at high speed a maximum of 3 Meters.  When he reaches his opponent, he swings his blade horizontally, aiming to slice the stomach of his enemy.  A hit deals D tier damage, inflicting a skin deep cut and causing minor bleeding.  Scaling allows for significantly increased damage, from sliced muscles all the way to disemboweling.

Tier: D
Class: Warrior
Type: Offensive
Range: Close
Requirements/Drawbacks: Mirror's Edge is a Stance.  If Caelus enters another Stance while Mirror's Edge is in effect, Mirror's Edge goes on cooldown.  Mirror's Edge doesn't perform any part of an ability besides mirroring the direction of the strike.  If an ability would perform multiple strikes, Mirror's Edge only mirrors the direction of the final strike.  Mirror's Edge will not mirror Thrusts.  Must be used with a Slashing weapon.
Scaling: N/A
Sustain:  0
Cool Down: 1 Post
Cost: 10 Stamina
Description: Caelus enters the low stance, and keeps a loose grip on his sword.  Each time he makes an attack after entering the stance, he makes an additional attack from the opposite side of the first, dealing the weapons tier in damage.  Mirror's Edge lasts for 2 posts after activation before needing to be sustained, and for 1 posts after each sustain.  (ie: if sustained twice, it would last for a total of 4 posts.)

Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Close
Requirements/Drawbacks: Caelus must be holding a sword with both hands. Vicious Cross must begin with the sword raised above his head.
Scaling: For every 10 Stamina invested, the damage increases by 1 tier.
Sustain: N/A
Cool Down: 1 Post
Cost: 10 Stamina
Description: Caelus raises his sword high, and brings it down in a diagonal slash across an opponent's chest.  This strike deals D tier damage, causing a skin deep cut and bleeding.  Scaling increases the damage significantly, cleaving through muscle or even bone.

Type: Supplementary
Range: Medium
Requirements/Drawbacks: Rough or hazardous terrain will negatively affect the dash, slowing it down, or at the worst causing it to fail.
Scaling: For every 10 Stamina spent after the initial cost, the distance of the dodge increases by 1 Meter.
Sustain:  N/A
Cool Down: 1 Post
Cost: 10 Stamina
Description: With a quick burst of speed, Caelus dodges an incoming attack or projectile by moving back or to a side 2 Meters.

Sideswipe
Tier: C
Class: Warrior
Type: Defensive
Range: Close
Requirements/Drawbacks: Cannot parry intangible attacks, and cannot parry AoE attacks.  Caelus must be able to plant his back foot, absorbing part of the blow before deflecting it.
Scaling: For every 10 Stamina invested, the damage is can parry increases by 1 tier.
Sustain: N/A
Cool Down: 2 Posts
Cost: 20 Stamina
Description: Caelus spins his blade in narrow vertical arcs in front of him, pushing incoming attacks to either side, causing them to pass harmlessly by.  He can Parry up to 1 C tier of attacks.

Brave Engage: We no longer use hard number for speed anymore, so this ability needs to lose the speed number. If you want speed advantage with the ability it should possess some kind of drawback. Speed scaling wouldn't be used.

Mirror's Edge: Needs duration for how long it can last since your last sustain and I would suggest that you put scaling to increase the duration. You can put - or 0 for the sustain.

Wild Screech: You cant use this ability because you choose human dominance.

Sideswipe: For the requirement, you need some kind of physical action to initiate the ability. Instead of saying it cant parry magical attacks, it would be better to say it cant parry intangible attacks.

Bumping, changed everything except parts of Mirror's Edge to discuss.

Also, do you not use 5 stamina sustain? Because it feels like that would be kind of cheating to get sustain for free otherwise. And i don't feel like it needs the Scaling, so i'll leave it out.

The cost of sustaining an ability is half of the initial cost. However, you aren't listing the cost of the sustain. It's a count of how many times you've sustained that ability. Since this is a new ability, you would have never sustained that ability before, which is why you put '-' or '0'.

Side Sweep

Since this is a C-Tier ability, you can't use Magoi Manipulation with it.
And an AoE attack??? Can you please explain to me what you mean by it?

OOOOOOOHHHHHHH, ok, i get it. I'll update that section during a thread to show how often i've sustained it during the thread. Changed.

I've removed the Magoi Manipulation part to avoid confusion. It was more of a "that's what the rule is" in my head. And AoE is Area of Effect. So if someone shoots a rain of arrows, i obviously can't parry them all, so the ability wouldn't work.

I prefer this language, because it still makes sense if i were to parry a combo. Like i could still parry attacks that are specifically directed at me. The difference being an attack that targets only me, or an attack that targets an area i'm standing in.

Like, lets say this is a higher tier ability that can also block fire attacks. I could parry multiple fireballs as long as their damage equals B tier, but i could not parry a single B tier explosion.

What I'm trying to point out is, if you couldn't parry 'AoE attacks', you couldn't parry any attack. The area of effect can be a large range of terrain or it could be an individual person. It isn't a type of attack, it's a variable which states the range of the area of effect.

The wording is fine. But are you sure you wish to not use scaling on so many abilities? It kind of cripples them in comparison to other player's abilities.

Brave Engage:
Reduce from 10m to 3m

Flash Jab:
Just use normal damage scaling here.

Mirrors Edge:
I don't understand how two sustains gets you 6 posts.

Sideswipe:
You still need a physical action in the requirements section. Some kind of movement or stance that precedes the ability.

Ok, changes made. Also, you're right about the scaling. I added that in.

I changed the numbers on Mirror's Edge so they actually add up logically now. It's a 2 post duration, with each sustain adding 2 posts.

Flash Jab is now Jab and Cross. I figured it made more sense to have the sword dealing higher damage than the punch, which was just supposed to be distracting in the first place. Same basic ability, just with the followup included.

As far as I know, offensive and supplementary does not work at D tier. Since you're getting two d-tier effects, which would effectively make it C-tier. So either you can have the distracting punch or the follow-up attack.

Quickstep
Just mark it as supplementary.

Mirror's Edge
I understand that the stance lasts for two posts. This is already stretching the typical set-up for a move. Which is why the sustain will not last two rounds per sustained post, even if the initial ability allows you to be in stance for two posts.
