Description: Livia raises her hands, and gets on her the tip of her toes, keeping her legs shoulder-length apart. Her jab is a punch with her leading arm, able to be used repetitively, usually for harassment, distancing, measurement and to disguise the next attack, each jab is able to deal D-tier damage.

Description: Livia uses her arms, joining them together around her enemy, keeping them in place while restricting the use of their arms. Clinching is capable of immobilizing with up to C-tier strength.

First of all, since all requirement of this abilities are connected to each other, wouldn't it be a disadvantage for you when you need to use it separately and not orderly? If I can give any suggestion, why not make all requirement for these abilities as something separated, you can state the requirement for these abilities are only to ready yourself and maybe do some stance (if possible state what kind of stance as well).

Hook: I find this ability is a little bit strange, you are using your own fist/body parts and stated it as a close ranged one but you want to get range for your scaling. However it would be only possible to do this if you are manipulating your body parts, such as make it longer (note that manipulators are able to control their body parts freely) or wider. Id say to use the advantage of the manipulators and control one of your body parts to make it impossible to increase your attacking range.

Uppercut: Same thing with the AOE scaling, simple punch wouldnt be able to increase the effect range unless you make the weapon of choice wider.

Dope dope: This might be needing something like wider thing to use, perhaps using your hair to make a wall of hair so you can deflect the attack and increase the AOE scale.

Rope a Dope:

Simply rising your arms in the way of an attack wouldn't negate damage. A sword would still cut you and a blow with enough force to break bones would break your arms.

I recommend changing this defensive ability into a parry of some kind.
