Zadi's borg and shield may be in crude condition, but at least he was uninjured...if C-tier damage to both arms doesn't count as "injury". Anyway, that damage was delivered rounds ago meaning Zadi did not sustain damage since then, including the battle against the now immobilized behemoth zombies. With the two zombies taken care of in terms of movement, Zadi casually approached each hulk one by one, striking both of them twice using Rukh Slayer. The four evenly handed out strikes ought to finish off the two large, undead creatures leaving Zadi with another round won. However, Zadi had a sneaking suspicion he wasn't done fighting just yet. Perhaps the next round would feature a new, far stronger enemy!

Zadi's casual movements gracefully slew the gargantuan creatures. It was apparent that the man had careful prep work, as well as strength to execute his opponents when everything fell into place. It was now 9th round, and Zadi was going strong. His next opponents were similar to the last, however he would have to deal with three on this occasion. In front of him, to his left and to his right, a trio of Behemoth Draugr appeared.

Each Draugr rested their giant club upon their right shoulder and lowered their bodies to a forward-sprinting position. Their intent was clear; they would rush Zadi, and attempt to strike him from 3 sides. While their initial distance from Zadi was 20 meters, this gap would close shortly as they moved as fast as they could for 1.42 seconds and attacked with their Thundering Strike from a meter and a half away from him. The two meter clubs would crash down upon the spellsword's head, if nothing was done.

Zadi was wrong abut a new type of undead creature popping up from the ground, but he was right about the continued struggle! Given little time to think plus the lack of high tier offensive techniques PLUS the lower magoi and stamina reserves Zadi possesses at this point, only one option was left for the weary spellsword (cool word!); crustacean-style fighting!

Zadi put his shield above his head, legs bent, used Deep Pressure Shell and attempted to block as many attacks as he could plus some other stuff to come in the meanwhile. Two of the clubs were blocked, but one club was able to strike Zadi's back! Zadi quickly healed himself of all his wounds, including his injured arms and recently injured back. With two of the hulks having been blocked and possibly staggered as a result, Zadi attempted to stab twice at the hulk in front of him using Rukh Slayer, aiming for its abdomen. Unfortunately, Zadi would have to wait for his Deep Pressure Shell to recharge if he wanted to catch another hulk by surprise. Granted, using the defensive technique again would likely fatigue Zadi, but he felt he could deal with such troubles when they arose.

The behemoth who stood there was pierced by the blade, the two stabs to it's abdomen killing the creature. As the blade pierced it's flesh, blood splat out as it fell in defeat. On his two sides stood the other monsters, with a quick movement they would both try to hit him. It was a basic slam but the attacks still packed a punch behind them. He would be slightly cornered so he would have to find a way to counter the attack, or they might damage him too much. The test was becoming more than just a series of battles, it was becoming one that tested his endurance, his skill and power.

It seemed that Zadi was cornered after having defeated only one of the three behemoths. Zadi wasn't given much time to think, but he knew exactly what to do next, remembering the 'old days' of when he first learned to use not just Strength Magic but magic in general! Zadi used Twist around himself in order to deflect the two basic slams and deal a tiny amount of damage to himself, the hulk on the left, and the hulk on the right. Because the hulks were both less than 2.5 meters from Zadi and Twist scaled out 5 meter with Zadi in the center, the Strength Magic attack was able to reach the two hulks and deal with their individual attacks, too.

Anyway, with the hulks having been deflected by the twisting force, Zadi attempted to stab each behemoth twice. First two stabs towards the hulk on the left and then the same towards the hulk on the right. Granted, Zadi didn't think he could get more than one hulk at a time with such a low level spell involved, but he could definetly try.

Their attacks were knocked back, it would make it difficult for them to defend and within that time the man had struck. The one on the left would be pierced by both of it's strikes. The one on the right would only be pierced by one, the other would be clashed with a basic slam. Tired and in pain it was near death, only one more hit and it would be finished off. With what energy it had left the behemoth raised his club above the man. Using what energy he had left in attempt to try and strike him down in one blow, this would be a matter of who was faster.

With Zadi's Strength Magic having pulled through and saved Zadi the use of magoi reserves AND having defeated and severally founded the two remaining hulks, Zadi felt like he could get through this entire ordeal as long as he continued to 'play' is smart! However, the last zombie seemed desperate...too desperate. The desperation it felt seemed to drive it to only use it's club to attack rather than its strength. Zadi was fast enough to put his shield above his head, use his borg to block part of the strike, and block of the rest of the strike with his shield. Zadi's borg was shattered, his shield battered, and his sword moving in on the hulking behemoth in an attempt to finish it off with a single stab towards the chest region. Hopefully this final attack towards the behemoth would do the trick. This specific round was very tough for the magoi depleted Zadi and he just couldn't fathom the difficulty of the final round, if Zadi's intuition was correct about the number of rounds.

The magician would find that the behemoth was tough as he dealt with his attacks, they were weaker at this point but draining, He had managed to block the previous attack, but at his he prepared to strike the monster it prepared too. Raising it's club it would begin to use a thundering strike from above the man. His club would swing down with great force as his wounds poured blood, this was his last attack possibly if the magician played his card right. At this range things would be more difficult for the mage, he would some how have to clash with the attack or find away to get his stab through, all he had to do was get his attack through. But at this moment the behemoths attack would be much faster than his.

Zadi went in for the stab but was almost interrupted by the Thundering Strike. With Zadi having move first, he was able to get enough damage in before the behemoth hit Zadi. Not to say the behemoth failed in hitting the magician. In fact, Zadi got his hard in his left shoulder, breaking the bones associated with his left shoulder. Zadi was in massive amounts of pain, but the behemoth was at least defeated. Zadi's pain wasn't mentally crippling so he was able to think through the pain and get Spriggan's Call to use Nature's Focused Healing in order to heal himself properly. However, Zadi was now very exhausted due to magoi depletion and unable to move as quickly as before, ironically enough. Even though Zadi healed himself in order to be in fighting shape, his fight shape deteriorated more than he wanted after healing. Hopefully Zadi's next enemy would be an undead funny-bone.

As the man finished the 9th round he would feel rejuvenated, he would still be fatigued but it would help. Now that he made it this far the man would be at the final frontier, the 10th and final round. Rising up from the dead appeared a corpse, unlike the behemoth he was small. But his body was draped in skins of dead animals. The head of a dear resting upon his decaying head, carrying a staff in hand. This was a mage by the looks of it, and he was most likely more powerful than the enemies he had faced before. The undead mage would hover up to 20m of the man, he would give a deathly gaze, peering into his soul. This do or die moment would test the mans resourcefulness and skill in combat.

Zadi's magoi reserves were restored, yet Zadi still felt exhausted. Thankfully, the blood stopped pooling around his eyes, letting Zadi see his next, and likely, final opponent. This time, instead of some brutish being like a warrior, behemoth, or hound, Zadi's next opponent is a magician. Granted, nothing about the theme of the monsters changed; still sickly, undead, and with poor fashion choice. If Zadi's intuition was correct, then he'd feel motivated to finish this final wave and finally get to do something afterwards. Zadi didn't know what would be next after this round. Maybe the mysterious man was a fake-out and there would be more to come? Either which way, Zadi would try his best just one last time.

Now then, with the enemy magician being only 20 meters from Zadi, the blonde magician would attempt to first fire off Summoned Butler for a punch followed 10 meters later by a Nightmare Bullet towards the enemy magician's chest in hopes of finishing this battle quickly. The first attack would attempt to draw as much fire as possible while the bullet would attempt to actually damage the zombie magician.

The ghastly magician held his staff and would prepare for the attacks that the man had sent his way. He would produce a stream of disease, firing the decaying blast towards the butler. The disease started to infest it, it's body started to decay, slowly being eaten away by the deadly magic. In order to collide with the nightmare bullet he would create a undead fog to collide with the magical bullet. He was not finished with his assault though, he was going all out to try and finish the man in a single go, it spoke in some sort of ancient language as it would try to create a choking fog around the man, then he would use away to move closer to the man. Staff in hand if it's attacks would work together within due time he would try to strike the magician, but that would all only come into play depending on how he dealt with what was coming at him.

Plague Sage: Using Choking fog on Zadi and moving towards him

It seemed Zadi's efforts were somewhat successful, hitting the enemy mage with half the strength of the nightmare bullet. However, that didn't slow the advances of the enemy and only seemed to further their cause. Fortunately, the enemy magician didn't seem to have any attacks left aside from using their staff to attack, something extremely unorthodox for a magician of any caliber.

Unfortunately, Zadi was currently paralyzed via choking and couldn't use any of his physical techniques such as swordplay or swashbucklery. Therefore Zadi decided to try and hit the enemy magician with a sustained Nightmare Bullet. Zadi may not be able to move, but at least his magic could! Granted, Zadi was suffering yet again from extreme magoi exhaustion; continued half movement speed with more bleeding from his eyes. Anyway, Nightmare Bullet would likely move too fast for the disoriented enemy magician to react in time and therefore this was check...mate?

OOC: Nightmare Bullet is A-tier, Undead Fog is B-tier(?), so Plague Magician was dealt B-tier damage and disorientation last post. I'm not 100% certain about Undead Fog because it has a status effect attached to it that could be better if the entire ability was A-tier, but I guess that doesn't really matter if he's hit by the second Nightmare Bullet.

It happened with the flash of a finger, their attacks would land simultaneously. As the sage flew towards the man, his fog covering him he had no way of knowing his attack was fired at the right moment. The man would be unable to move but he would claim victory as the bullet would manage to hit it's mark. The vivid nightmare would begin to overwhelm the creature damaging the brain, collapsing in strange otherworldly screams. While the creature was dead the strange cloak figure who had started this entire battle would appear above the man. IT's power emanating like a cloak, it had no killing intent but the man would sense that it was power out of his league.

"Congratulations at winning the final round, you have risked your life in this fight and will be rewarded. But here I stand with an offer, you have a chance to win even more. There is a champion for you to fight, he is powerful, but if choose to fight him you shall gain even more in rewards. The mage zombie was defeated and Zadi exhausted. If Zadi remembered correctly, ten whole waves of enemies showed up and Zadi to had fight them all off on his own. Quite an ordeal that would have been impossible without some magoi refreshing every now and again. Perhaps this wasn't to kill Zadi after all. Perhaps he was a gladiator in this entire showdown and the mysterious man was simply betting on him? Granted, death still seemed to be a "thing" so Zadi cast aside all positive thoughts and focused on the mysterious entity that showed up once again.

This time the mysterious entity congratulated Zadi on his efforts thus far. Key phrase being "thus far" as the mysterious being said there was more fun to be had, if you can call almost dying "fun". However, with everything having gone down so far, Zadi though it wouldn't so terrible to at least continue with one more wave of enemies. The mysterious entity did say "final battle" after all.

"Alright, I guess I could go one more round with another magoi and stamina refresh."

As soon as Zadi would agree to the fight, across the platform, approximately 20 meters away from Zadi, an oozing creature of pestilence would appear. This opponent was unlike anything he had faced in this challenge and would not be nearly as simple to defeat. Its claws were razor sharp and sores covered its body, leaking garish yellow and green pus. The creature would wait for Zadi to approach, feeling as though it could wait until the literal end of time, if necessary.

The large creature was large. The meek Zadi was meek. All that Zadi could possibly do was spam a bunch of spells and hope they would either clash, hit, or do something else useful. At this point, seeing how grotesque the being in front of him was, the magician didn't care if he lived or died. He got sick of this charade and simply wanted it to end. Zadi felt was close enough for a variety of spells to reach the creature. Perhaps they would? Who knows at this time...things always seem to be up in the air these days.

In rapid succession, Zadi used Kthyr Alyzr (A-tier grouping), Horror's Soul, Pointed Prism's built in ability to surround the gooey beast, and finally S.S.C.C.R.N. to blow up a Crystal Pillar (created by Pointed Prism) behind the beast if the magoi shot made it near the feet of the creature. Having used so much magoi at once, Zadi became exhausted. Zadi didn't care what happened at this point. He just wanted to see how effective a semi-random barrage would be in case he survived this encounter and learn from it.

The large beast would counter some of the attacks that were heading towards him by using Breath of famine and immediately using Demons gall to fly towards him. His wings would protect him from any sort of damage that would be coming from the outside keeping him safe from the attacks that he was unable to protect against. As he was flying past the creature would attempt to use a diseased slash on his way towards the man, aiming for his neck with the infected blade. After this he would find himself 20m behind the man. If that attack had managed to be blocked or avoided in some way to where he was not dead the demon would fly towards him preparing to attack once again.

Aaaaaand Zadi was finally defeated. Took quite a while, but considering the magoi and stamina refreshes, Zadi did pretty average, or at least that's what Zadi thought until he was defeated by that grotesque being of horribleness. However, Zadi didn't actually die for this was all just a dream. This experience didn't feel like a dream, but Zadi found out soon enough that it was all just a dream. He would wake up, feel some strange pain, and go back to sleep because that's just what Zadi did. he didn't remember anything that happened. Only that he was wealthier for some inexplicable reason.

OOC: Yeah, Zadi couldn't have possibly defeated that thing and its four Omega-tier abilities, at least not with only half his magoi/stamina and with his most helpful abilities on cooldown. It was fun though~
