This ability isn't very clear... do they dash? is just an image of them placed 10 meters away? If it is a teleport type skill, it would not be allowed.

im thinking an image that displaces someones image of them up to 10 metres, so it copies the actions of the caster etc, like if i dodged the image would dodge like i did, if i drew my bow and fired the projectile wouldn't appear after its launched but for example is it allowed to be moved as nessassary in its 10 metre max range ?

You could do an image that copies your motions, yes. If you, as a player, are being "displaced", you would need to say how you are being moved. Like... are you running that far or what. Or you could make it so there is an illusion of you that makes it seem like you are staying in one place while you move to another.

Yea the idea its like a form of invisibility as per say that still has a image but of the person being in a different location, if thats allowed, obviously if i activate it on someone it would be quite obvious if they have line of site at that time for example.

So it would need to be worded something like this?

missing the speed at which the illusion is created and the scale of the illusion (how much space does it cover?)

I guess the scale would be the size of the figure at most ?.

depends on how you want it to function... either you could have it have two portions (one for hiding the person and one for displaying the projection) or one large area effect that covers the distance between them.

so if the image made me in theory invisible because it recreated or produced my image elsewhere would be distance then scale.

I think it should be scale since the ability affects your original body and just extends it towards the other image elsewhere.

If you choose to just recreate yourself at a distance like making a clone that moves like you do and there'll be 2 visible Vodarara I think then it would be based on range.

You're still listing it as if it's range, if you're using an illusion to hide yourself in field you have to make sure to add that. If you're using scale like hoho said you'd have to say something like 5m in diameter.

I removed the diameter in the description because the scale just stretch from you and the illusion so you can conjure it 5 meter away from you in all directions. Reply if you agree with this change. :D
