Appearance: This magic staff is 120 cm in length, and bears a simple appearance with an orb at the end. Though its simple appearance contradicts the power stored within, it alludes to the simple beauty of the forest.
Function:

• By paying 20 magoi, the user summons forth a series of vines that wraps around the user and those of the user's choosing within 5 meters at 25 m/s. These vines completely cover those wrapped, and brings the individuals together beneath the wrappings before exploding outward at 25 m/s. The vines expand until it has created a dome 25 meters in diameter, its thorns on the exterior dealing A-Tier damage to whatever comes in contact with it.
  
• The user may register 2 life abilities linked to the staff, A-Tier or below.

I apologize but after having discussed this with staff I must deny this purchase. Your rank is D-Tier, and the only way you will be able to use an advanced staff is if your character reaches Omega Tier. In the past, we have allowed players to purchase high rank items when their spec wasn't quite there, but it was understood that the spec would get there shortly.

We will now be implementing a blanket rule for purchasing items that are above your rank in order to keep it consistent and fair across the board. The ruling will be as follows:

You must be within 1 Specialization tier in order to purchase the item in question.

*ADDENDUM:
If you are purchasing an item, or being given an item by another member, you must have the same Specialization tier as the item you are purchasing/obtaining for that Specialization in order to purchase it.


Furthermore, since there are so few items that get released with each dungeon, we also intend to limit the number of items a person can purchase from a dungeon release to 1 per individual.
