Chimera bowed to her employer with a curt bow, accepting the materials, holding them at arms length as if they were toxic to her health, making the university alum practically headpalming with regret instantly. The animals were a bit much for her to handle because of her traumatic experiences. However, she did find some peace in drawing the flora, and her hand wasn't steady, and not having color made the whole process much more difficult, but as she took a few tries for each flower, her artistry improved as she went through the pages, and the increased attempts, left more room for her notes. Such as the type of scents the flowers produced, the roots, the typical environment, how they grouped up, and several small observations that some people might tend to ignore. As the sun began to set, she forgot it was a job in the first place.
Chimera took her time getting back, unfortunately the student had already left. Chimera took her time figuring her way through Heliohapt still being new to the area. As she approached the university, with empty ink bottle and journal in hand, an educator stopped her. The teacher easily discerned the reason for her late night visit. The woman took the journal and pen, leading chimera to another room where she fetched her the reward, about 3000 huang in a pouch. Chimera had enjoyed the day, doing something... normal for once. Like when she was first purchased as a slave, before everything happen. It was hard to lose her paintings... her effort, but the money was worth it. She bowed with bit more grace than she had earlier in the day, leaving with her earnings satisfied.
