Chimera's Bag of Tricks.

These would be my 5 starter abilities. :)

Name: Shark Mouth
Tier: C
Cost: 20 / 10
Class: Offensive / Supplementary.
Range: Self

Cool-Down:3 or Sustain +1
Limbs:Face.
Description: Chimera mouth widens to half a meter and gains shark teeth, using them to bite the enemy, dealing D-tier damage and D-tier bleeding, moving at 15 m/s.

Name: Whale Lungs
Tier: D
Cost: 10 / 5
Class: Supplementary
Range: Self
Cool-Down:2 or Sustain +1
Limbs:Chest.
Description: Chimera's lungs grew large and more efficient, allowing her to hold her breath twice as long, activating at a speed of 10 m/s.

Limbs:Left Arm
Description: Chimera's left arm enlarges to 2 M in length to that of a lion's with claws. Claws dealing D-tier damage, moving at 10 m/s.

Description: Chimera's right arm becomes covered in serpent scales, staying at 10 m/s, able to block C-Tier damage at a speed of 10 m/s

Name: Goat Eyes
Tier: D
Cost: 10 / 5
Class: Supplementary
Range: Self. Vision - 10 M
Cool-Down:2 or Sustain +1
Limbs:Face.
Description: Chimera's eyes become goat-like with rectangular pupils. Increasing the width of her vision to 240 degrees, as well as seeing in darkness, activating at 10 m/s.

I noticed you added scale into the template, you put that in the description of the ability so please remove that.

Whale Lungs: You need to add how fast you do this which would go along with speed guideline for D-tier abilities.

Goat Eyes: We've never had an ability like this so staff is still discussing but you would need to add how fast it is activated and how far it let's you see.
