It was early in the morning the sun had just recently peaked over the horizon. Standing in the middle of a small field was Ani and her beast Hoyo who were there for a purpose. Ever since they left that cave where they fought undead she had been a bit out of it . While she and Noir had finished it together she felt as if she hadn't done the best she could. After Ani had recovered from the wound the undead captain gave her she came to the conclusion that she needed to train with Hoyo. The entire purpose of their training was so they could fight more fluidly. While her and Hoyo were close she believed they should become closer, and train so Ani could make commands to Hoyo without having to speak. For their session Ani had set up a few training dummies so they could practice commands.
Walking over to the training dummies she smiled lightly before pursing her soft pink lips together. Leaving a small space between her lips she let out a high pitched whistle. Hoyo immediately came rushing to her side as she whistled to him. Looking down at him she gave a light nod. "Alright buddy first we're gonna practice doing a combo attack all you need to do is wait for the signal." She said as she gave him a light nod. Clenching her fists Ani charged into the dummy giving it a quick jab before rolling away. After she finished rolling she snapped, and pointed to the dummy. With a smile she looked at Hoyo who was charging, but instead of tackling the dummy Hoyo jumped onto Ani licking her face. Finding this funny at first Ani chuckled giving Hoyo a few pats on the head. "You silly beast you were supposed to attack the dummy not give me love." She said with a happy tone. She got up and walked back to position knowing she would have to do it again. She once again charged forward before jabbing, and rolling away. Luckily, after giving the signal this time Hoyo slammed into the target destroying it.
After the first day of training Ani came back every morning for a week with Hoyo with the intent to get stronger and deepen their bond. Their training schedule over the week include command practicing in the morning, swimming in the afternoon, and then bonding. For bonding they would usually fish together, or take a bath just so they could enjoy the others company. Now after their week of training Ani was wondering how deep their bond was and how effective their training was. She sighed to herself before looking over to Hoyo before smiling. As the sun had set it was time for their bonding which for today was gonna be a bath. Hoyo had already walked a tad bit ahead before Ani heard a noise. Turning quickly she soon saw a mad boar charging their way. She barely had time to think before it was close to her. She lifted her leg up, and kicked the boar in the face causing it to roll to the side. As the boar got composed again Ani gave a quick snap to which Hoyo responded charging at the boar. As it charged at Ani again Hoyo intercepted tackling, and latching his teeth onto the boar's neck. As it struggled with Hoyo she picked up a nearby rock and attacked the boar bashing its head in. Hoyo let go and Ani looked at him. "Looks like we're having pork for dinner." She said with a smile happy to see their training had worked.
