Everything looks good but by the ways t's worded it would freeze you to so I would suggest saying something like it starts .3 meters away from you so that you yourself don't get frozen unless you are cool with the way it is. Also be careful when you use it so not to freeze your teammates, friendly fire can get you killed in the snap of a finger.
