Description:  El Drago can conjure a string of lighting that can be in the dimensions between 10-15 meters in length and  3 meters in width  at 20 m/s in either of his hands, maintain it's string like function to be used as a whip.  The string does B rank lightning damage and when sustained, el drago can either maintain the current form of the string, change the form, or conjure it in another hand. The lightning whip is held by a connection of lightning particles which are generated slightly above the scales of his hands, which is why el drago doesn't take damage from it because he isnt essentially holding it.

Description:  El Drago throws out four punches at 20 /s that deal D rank damage each. The range of each punch is 10 meters and can either throw the jabs one at a time or double fisting for each fist to do c rank damage. This move is an opener and can mixed in with basic attacks.

The electrical current actually attacks the neural impulses of the affected, sending false electrical signals to their nervous systems and causes disorientation for the next three posts. Post count resets if hit again.

For Shocking String, you say the ability is shaped like a string, but the dimensions you gave are for a square.

For Dragonic Arts-Flurry, the range would be close since El Drago doesn't have body manipulation to extend his limbs. Unless his body is a twig and he has ten meter long arms and hands combined.

I'm checking with the rest of staff for Fake Out. An ability like that hasn't been attempted before, so I'll update the thread when I hear back.

Dragonic Arts-Fake Out: As none of his passive traits indicate his scales could produce a sound capable of anything like this, he would require sound magic to do this. Also, you cannot write into an ability that it "interrupts any pending abilities". This would go off of clashing rules, not the spell itself.

Lightning String:
1 issue with this is that you are giving the lighting solid form, which isn't possible with lightning magic by itself (Lightning + Strength could do it). I don't know if you intended on using it as an actual sword, either, but I feel it's necessary to mention that if you grab onto it you would normally take damage from it as well.

So you'll essentially need to remove the 'solid' part of the ability.
