Starter Abilities

1.Name: Central
Tier: C

Weapon Type: Sword
Class: Offensive
Range: Close
Cool-Down: 3 or sustain + 1
Description: Spins 360 degrees with sword extended out horizontally piercing through everything in its path inflicting C tier Damage to everything in path.
Range = Sword Length +1m .Sword swings at 15m/s.
Can be sustained to use again during the next post.



2.Name: Dash

Weapon Type: N/a
Class: Supplyment
Range: Close
Cool-Down: 2/ sustain + 1
Description: User dashes into a direction of choosing at 10m/s with a max range of 5m. Can be sustained to use during the next post.




3.Name: Shield Boomerang
Tier: D
Cost: 10/5
Weapon Type: Shield
Class: Offensive
Range: 10
Cool-Down: 2 or Sustain + 1
Description: Throws shield at 10m/s for a max range of 5meters. Will inflict D rank blunt damage on impact and return to user if not stopped. Can be sustained during the next post




4.Name: Take Cover
Tier: D
Cost: 10/5
Weapon Type:Sheild
Class: Defensive
Range: Close
Cool-Down: 2 posts or sustain + 1
Description: User ducks down to hide behind shield at 10m/s, thrusting it forward to block incoming Damage. Can block explosive attacks.  Blocks [2D] or Eqv[1C] worth of Damage.
Can be sustained during the next post.




5.Name: Swing
Tier: D
Cost: 10/5
Weapon Type:
Class: Offensive
Range: Close
Cool-Down: 2 or sustain + 1
Description: Simple Swing of the sword moving at 10m/s with a diagonal direction. Inflicts D rank damage

cool-downs should be "or Sustain+1", not sustain plus whatever the regular cool-down is.

Shield Boomerang: The "range" of this would be based off of scale, which is 5 meters, not 10.

Take Cover: needs to include the speed at which you move behind the shield and also state what tier of damage it blocks, as it is based off the ability and not the shield itself.

Swing: Needs to include speed. As bleed is a supplementary status effect, you can either have it deal D-tier damage as an offensive or inflict a D-tier bleed as a supplementary, not both.

Approved. Just as an fyi, your boomerang ability only supports flight for a total of 5 meters, though I think you already understand that ^_^.
