I was thinking of instituting a "profession" system. This would work much like the current job system, where you would get assignments to do certain things. These professions will give you social "perks" based on what profession you choose.
The professions would be based on your primary specialization and would tiers of its own. This could also lead to things like competitions, say if someone would like to become "World's Best Chef" or "Best Blacksmith". This would be an alternate means of role-playing and receiving rewards of Huang and XP, for those that do not necessarily want to do combat all the time, as well as offering social benefits, like an effective speaking voice to address crowds.
