Description: With the use of his ruler gem, Lagi can amplify the amount of sound produced by a particular action that he makes through the use of his own body  into dangerous B rank proportions. In this case, the action involved includes Lagi snapping his fingers. The amplified sound would be sent in the direction that the sound is particularly directed to at 20 m/s that travels as far as 30 meters in the form of a shockwave. Taking upon  the properties of sound magic, it is slightly visible, along with the damage capabilities of breaking bones and causing significant internal damage to the ears, leaving them slightly impaired. Lagi is able to sustain this ability in order to maintain the amplification  and fire off another attack in the way he wishes to do so. The wave is fired in a straight line in the shape of a cone  that scales at 15 meters. Since sound vibrations can travel through the air, ground, water, and any form of medium, this ability can travel through them with ease if B rank or lower.

Description: With the use of his ruler gem, Lagi sends out a particular Sound Vibration that’s slightly visible in an AOE format at 20 m/s, and covers the range of 30 meters from here he currently is.  In this range , the sound wave would absorb all sound within the vicinity, making everything inaudible in a 30 meters radius. For example, the sound wave  will  have their ability to speak or vocally communicate temporarily removed, which can severely limit an opponent's ability to relay information. If the target has to speak to use their abilities (speaking to cast a spell), this naturally makes them impossible to use. Steps cannot be heard, mostly anything that would make a sound. Since sound vibrations can travel through the air, ground, water, and any form of medium, this supplementary ability can travel through them with ease if B rank or lower. This ability is good for stealth, as well as countering magicians and confusing opponents in a sense.  Lagi can also sustain this if he wishes to.

Description: With the use of his ruler gem, Lagi can send a low frequency sound wave  in a particular direction at the speed of 20 m/s with the range of 30 meters.  This sound wave causes those who hear it to develop Vertigo, which causes nausea and vomiting as well as a balance disorder, causing difficulties with standing or walking. Blurred vision, difficulty in speaking, a lowered level of consciousness, and hearing loss may also occur.  This ability greatly impairs the opponent and lagi can sustain this if he wishes to. The shape of how this spreads out  is in the same way as a cone shape, 15 meters in scale. Since sound vibrations can travel through the air, ground, water, and any form of medium, this supplementary ability can travel through them with ease if B rank or lower

Sound Shockwave: you did not include the sustained magoi cost, you cannot have it be "any sound he chooses to produce" as it needs to be specific. So, a snap or a whistle or something of that nature, it needs to be specific. Also, this can only deal up to B-tier damage, not A-tier. If you choose to cause supplementary effects outside of that (such as complete deafness for the rest of the thread), this would be lowered to C-tier damage. You also need to specify if this is in a cone shape or a straight line or all around him.

Mute: You need to specify if this happens in a cone or only in a straight line. You also would not be able to effect their ability to communicate for multiple turns unless you sustained this, as it is the SOUND inhibiting their ability to speak, not something you have done to THEM. You would also need to specify the exact parameters of the effect so if someone chose to move out of the AOE effect.

Vertigo Inducement: Remove the sustain+1 on the cool-down. Give defined parameters of the area effected (cone shape, in a box, etc)

It is important to note that for Inaudible Orb, you would need to use the scale of 15 meters. It is also important to note that it simply impairs th ability to be heard and since rukh does not actually have to "hear" anything, this would not prevent the casting of spells.
