Ares Day Out [Spec Taining/Private]

Ares had become quiet the nomad, at least in a way. He had picked up on a lot of the things Dynatos did, so Ares did not stay in one place for to long. Everyday he would go out somewhere to find something. Today however was especially weird for Ares; when he was sleeping he heard a voice. This voice was a sweet one. It called out to Ares to come find it, so that's what made Ares get up and go, so here he was once again out in the desert of Heliohapt. Ares had become so accustomed to the heat and being in the desert, so he knew how to find water with ease. He was a intelligent canine that's for sure. A couple hours had passed by and Ares had become thirsty. Staying true to his nature he quickly found a oasis. The oasis was small, but it was big enough for Ares to get his fill. Suddenly while he was looking down at the water he was a image of some kind of creature. He had never seen anything like it; it began to speak to him in a voice he recognized. It was the voice that had called out to him to come find it. Ares perked up as the being told him that he was close to her. Ares got a tad bit more water before rushing off. After a little while longer of traveling Ares came across a Ruin, but this Ruin was still halfway standing unlike the other Ares had come across before. Ares sniffed around the entrance before entering into the ruins. When he entered into the ruins Ares heard the voice calling to him telling him to come this way. Each time Ares heard the voice he complied with what it said. No questions asked.

Ares traveled through the ruins until he reached a large room. The room appeared as if someone had been taking care of it and it alone, considering the current state of the ruins for this one room to be up kept was strange, but since the only living organism being here was Ares he did not pay attention to these sort of details. Ares walked into the middle of the room, just before a bright light appeared out of no where. The light caused Ares to have to shield his eyes, so it would not blind him. The result of the light was a strange being that was floating just above the head of Ares. When Ares would look up the being smiled at him. “Your finally here huh~” Ares barked happily and spun around a couple of times. She continued to smile as Ares barked and a small giggle escaped from the being when Ares spun around. Ares barked a couple more times, but was cut off when a rumbling sound erupted through the ruins. Ares barked demandingly as his new friend sat on his back and held on tight. When she did Ares would bolt out of the room; dodging falling rocks while running at full speed. Ares had grown in more ways than one. He managed to stay brave and get himself and his new friend out of the ruins safety with not even a scratch on them. “Thank you Ares. I've been alone for a long time and no one could hear me except for you. I'm so happy you found me.” The small being hugged Ares who had a look of pure bliss on his face. That look soon faded and became a low growl with a expression of anger to match. “Oh no..” She knew exactly what it was that was coming for them. Ares however showed no sign of fear as his growls became lower and more aggressive. What was coming for them had been locked away sleeping if you will waiting for someone to try and take Ares new friend from the ruins. What exploded from the ruins could not be explained by any other name, but demon.

The beast roared a mighty roar which caused smaller version of itself to come crawling from the ground. These demons were slightly smaller than Ares, who was smaller than the original demon. Ares new friend who remained unnamed flew up into the air above him. “We should just run!” Ares growled low. He knew from the looks of it that even if they did run this beast would chase them. “If you won't run please just be careful!” Ares looked up at his friend and barked happily, as if telling her not to worry. Just as the bark left from his body he was tackled by one of the smaller demons. They both rolled for a couple of feet, before Ares managed to get the demon off of him and bite at its throat. When he went to bite its throat the second smaller demon jumped on his back and bit him. Ares roared in pain before throwing it off and ripping the throat from the on he had pinned down. He then ran at the demon he had throw off of himself and tackled it, the digging through its body and to its core and ripping the core form its body. Ares turned back to the original beast and growled low showing his fangs and mouth full of blue blood. The demon seemed to laugh at Ares as it summoned two more smaller versions of itself. Ares defeated these two only for them to be replaced with two more. The demon continued to do this attempting to wear down Ares so that he could defeat him without even trying. Days upon days Ares fought these demons non-stop. He was tired and bloody, but continued to fight in order to protect his new friend. As she watched Ares fight for her she began to form a deeper and deeper bond with him. A week passed and Ares could fight no more. He was far to exhausted and had lost a lot of blood. He was on the verge of death, at least if they did not get out of there soon. The demon saw this as his chance to strike. He approached Ares and roared and rose up into the air about to deliver the finishing blow. Right before its fists came down Ares stood and jumped back dodging the attack as the demons fists slammed into the ground. “Ares just stop you don't have to fight any more!" Ares growled and stood between her and the demon. "Fine then!" Ares knew friend began to glow when she did a light began to shine over Ares healing all his wounds and revitalizing him. Ares was surprised that she could do this, but the demon was not. The demon simply made more versions of itself. The same thing as before happened except this time Ares lasted for a day longer than he had before. Ares had been fighting this demon for two weeks to no end. He felt like he had become stronger, but he could not beat the demon alone.

Just as that thought crept into the mind of Ares the light from the sin suddenly became blocked out and Ares was washed over by the shade of something. When he looked up Ares saw Dynatos rocketing from the sky with a clenched fist and a look that sent chills through his body. “Don't you dare touch either one of them again!” Ares new friend quickly got behind, and clung to Ares from the sudden appearance of the demonic looking man. Dynatos's first impression to this strange being was not a good one. The demon roared and looked up only to be met with the fist of a Fanalis man whose strength was nearly unmatched. This was more or less self proclaimed of course. The demons head was rocked and caused him to slam into the sand causing a wave of sand to wash over Dynatos and the demon. Ares was happy to see his master, no his friend, appear when he did. His friend however was terrified by him. The demon became dazed by the punch, so he ended up lying on the ground for awhile. Dynatos raised up and looked back at Ares. “So this is where you hav-” The words of Dynatos had been cut short by the demon, who had grabbed his ankle and threw him towards Ares. Dynatos flew towards Ares, but while in the air turned his body so that he would land in front of him. “Good to know that you are safe.” Dynatos patted the head of the exhausted Ares. Dynaots then took notice to the small creature behind Ares. “Hey there.” She sunk deeper into Ares trying to find from Dynatos. “Don't worry I won't hurt you. I know I may look scary, but don't worry I'm nice.” Ares barked happily to confirm the words of Dynatos. She unstuck herself from Ares and floated over to Dynatos. “Look out!” she yelled. Dynatos jumped into the air, but not before grabbing the small creature; Ares followed suit and jumped into the air. The demon had lunged at the group while they conversed. Dynatos could feel the fear that the small creature felt from the demon below them. He looked at her and smiled. “Don't worry little one. He won't hurt you. Me and Ares there will make sure of it. Ares let's do it!” Ares barked happily and as the came back down to the ground released a stream of fire towards the demon to distract it. The stream of fire engulfed the arm of the beast causing it a serious amount of damage. Dynatos noticed this and came down on the arm of the demon with he legs ripping it from the socket. The beast roared from the pain of the duos attack. The demon jumped back and roared one more time; the duo landed on the ground and moments after that the demons arm regenerated. Dynatos took notice to this as well as how much damage fire did to it.


Dynatos looked over to Ares and hatch a plan. Dynatos did not know exactly how he would go about this plan, but he was going to keep trying to accomplish it even if it took a while to do so. “Alright Ares it looks like the fire is his weakness. Convenient enough for us you breath fire.” Ares nodded as him and Dynatos set the plan into motion. “Stay here we'll handle this no problem. Alright Ares follow my lead.” The demon noticed the pair barring down on him. He roared and created two more miniature versions of himself. Dynatos vaulted over the smaller versions of the demon and continued towards him. “Ares I'll leave those two to you.” Ares growled confirming the plan. Ares swiftly took out the two smaller demons, as Dynatos and the demon collided fists. “Ares! I'm going to keep him busy wait for your opportunity and finish him off.” Ares barked in compliance. Dynatos had the smile of a true fanalis on his face as he traded blows with the demon. Ares new friend watched in awe as Dynatos traded blows with the demon who she thought could not be beaten or even be fought on par with. Dynatos and the demon traded blows for days upon days and as each day passed the small creature became more and more awed by the strength of Dynatos. Ares barked at Dynatos rooting him on. More and more time passed by and Dynatos noticed the demon started to become more and more sluggish. He smirked and quickly looked back at Ares. “Alright Ares get ready to strike.” The demon could not understand Dynatos so he had no idea what was about to happen to it, but it was able to tell that it was beginning to lose, That being said it opened its mouth as the two traded blows. Dynatos noticed and kept his guard up, which would ultimately save his life. A light began to shine in the demons mouth and when he noticed this Dynatos jumped back. A beam of energy left from the mouth of the demon, which caused sand to stir up. Dynatos took this opportunity and jumped towards the demon and sent a brain rattling kick to its head. The demon crashed hard into the ground. “Now Ares!” Ares ran and jumped onto the demon. Ares opened his mouth and bite down on the head of the demon as a explosion of flames washed over the demon completely destroying its head; killing it. Dynatos sighed and flopped onto the ground. “Finally~” The small creature floated over to Dynaots. “Thank you...” he voice was light and shy. “No problem. Looks like your finally free.” Dynatos had a big smile on his face. Ares came running and jumped on Dynatos. “Ah, chill Ares I've missed you to buddy.” She looked on as Ares and Dynatos exhibited a bond that she longed for. “C-can...I...come with you...?” Ares nad Dynaots both stopped and looked at her. Ares jumped from Dynatos to her and looked at Dynatos. “Looks like he answered the question for you.” Ares barked happily and licked his new friend. “Let's see how about Athena?” Athena looked at Dynatos and giggled. “Looks like you like the name. Let's get out of here.” Dynatos got the magic carpet and the trio hoped on and flew back to Heliohapt.
