Summary: So Ilerioluwa has a plot trait where he can meet NPCs of great importance in countries, mostly for the sake of his plot towards building a nation. Despite there not being any real plot requirment, Silva has a strong connection and relationship with Hinamoto clan and Akihito. Also he forced Ilerio to learn about the country and it's people in order to build a base for ilerio to be a good ruler before meeting Akihito, as a sort of prereq. Now they are requesting a meeting with Aki whom Silva is a member of his household, in order to talk about possible relations between the two nations and so that ilerio can gain possible insight on leadership.

Trait Description: While his authority and reign have not yet been recognized there any many perks to being a wealthy leader having risen his people from the ground to higher living. This has lead to him talking and conversing with people he may never have expected.
Trait Effect: This NPC grants the players with it a chance to meet important nation NPCS through a diplomatic request within in reason. In turn as a consequence that these interactions could have more negative than good. In order to rank up this trait you must be recognized by two A-tier players of importance in a nation or by two important NPCs of A-tier or higher, or one of each but they must be separate nations. This will also initiate the Tetrarchy Epic plot Chain.
