Description:

The caster orders the rukh to charge their staff. The Caster then shoots a beam of lightning toward themselves or a person or creature, reversing their polarity for a short period of time allowing them to fly in the air. The beam of light will lock onto the target. While their polarity is reversed the affected party gains wings made of pure electricity and is not allowed by any means to touch the ground until the duration is up. The earth is literally rejecting you and your polarity. As the spell nears its end duration they dim and when the duration is up, they disappear completely. The duration of the spell is 1 post.

Description:

The caster of this spell stabs their staff into the ground creating a field of flowers in a 5 meter radius around them. The flowers start as buds and fully bloom into flowers. When fully bloomed they release a pollen that lingers in the 5 meter radius, healing up to C-Tier damage once every post for two posts. After the spell is casted she will retract her wand.

As soon as the wand hits the ground a semicircle of Star Magic 5 meters in radius pops up in a Targeted position that cannot be moved. It will Burn ANYONE that comes within 5 feet of it with C-tier burns and anyone within 10 Meters is Affected with a Gravity well Debuff that reduces their movement speed a little by 1 tier. If the Ball takes more than C-tier Damage, it will explode in a blinding burst blinding anyone looking at it. Anyone caught within the 10 diameter explosion radius will be afflicted with C-tier Burns. The Blind and the Burn last for 1 post

Description:

The caster of this spell orders the rukh to gather around her with haste. As the rukh gathers, it condenses to form a tiny halo of Songbirds that start singing while flying around the caster. The caster can order the birds to surround someone else at any point or simply order the to return to her at any point if the ally is within range. The Songbirds will begin a repetitive song for as long as they're summoned. The magoi the birds are made from will empower the user to fight on rhythm and give an additional D-tier speed speed buff to them.

The song birds will last for 1 post before disappearing.

Description:

The caster of this spell orders the rukh to gather around her with haste. As the rukh gathers, it condenses to form a tiny Bat That Will attack attack whenever the person its linked to attacks with C-tier soundwaves. The Bat can link and relink to herself or a person upon Lestacia's command if they are in range.

The Bat will last for 2 turns before disappearing.

Serenity: this is fine

Andromeda: the blind is an additional effect outside the standard move, this either needs to be B-tier or have only one c-tier effect outside the passive either the blind or damage.

Melodic Marinos: D-tier movement is really basic movement this wouldn't be doing much as tiers don't really stack.


Melodic Echo: Bat needs a range to the target or how far it can move to reach a target.
