Finally, he had returned to finish the work he had started so long ago. While his actions had not gone unnoticed the effects of his attacks before heading to Tartarus were seeming to fall off.  Perhaps some or most might have even forgot about Julius and his plans to bring this country to its knees. Perhaps, they were only treating it as yet another reason for them to use their corrupt claws  to further change the shape of the laws to bend to their will.   Whatever the case maybe Julius was going to be the threat levels back up and he was going to make sure to suck out the panic that had faded within these walls.  What better place to get started then outside the Barracks?

Julius gathered his magoi around his body as  he chanted the words "Total Concealment"
The light and sound magic cast and began to as rob all around him. With Diseased God Fang in hand Julius walked through the gate of the military complex which housed the barracks for the Reim Army.  He was not going to do anything crazy or even attempt to draw out a battle. It would be simple.   All he needed to do was wait for someone to come around him within striking distance, but first he needed to find a good place to be. Right on  the other side of the gate was not going to work. Perhaps he should have used Hana to bait one of the soldiers to him before he stabbed them but it was too late for that now. All though if he did start a fight here then it would be pretty good for hopes of getting away.  Before he did anything else however, he gathered his magoi again as he funneled that into the weapon drawn in his right hand.  The sword's blade came to life in Plague magic as it waited for it's owner to plunge it into someone so it may spread the sickness.

The sun was setting over the horizon, casting a shadow of darkness over the lands as it dipped below the edge of the world.  Julius stood there with his hands behind his back, a grin on his face as he looked out at his plans for the future.  He had spent years slowly building up his resources and now he had finally completed what he had set out to do.  It had taken time but it was worth it and now everything was going according to plan.   He knew that he wouldn't be able to keep this up forever but for now he was just going to enjoy himself.  He wanted these soldiers to know who they were dealing with so tonight was going to be special.

Julius shifted his gaze towards where the barracks stood in front of him, watching as soldiers started filing out into groups around them.  They were all wearing their armor and carrying their weapons, preparing themselves for battle with one another or perhaps even against someone else's forces?  Either way it didn't matter because soon they would all be dead anyways once Julius got inside there and started killing them off one by one until no one else remained alive within those walls but him alone.

While his actions were not going unnoticed, the effects of his attacks were starting to fall off. Perhaps some or most had forgotten about Julius, who wanted nothing more than to bring this country to its knees. Perhaps they were treating it as just another reason for them to use their corrupt claws  to further change the shape of the laws in order bend them to their will. Whatever the case might be, Julius was determined that he would be the threat levels back up—and he was going to make sure that he sucked out all of the panic that had faded during his absence from these walls.  What better place for him to start than outside the Barracks?

As the Magic glowed at the end of his blade in a green sickly color Julius dashed forward to the gathering of soldiers in front of him, channeling some of that magoi he gathered into his feet he prepared for himself to use his Dark metal Vessel to escape if need be. For now though, Julius was set on fighting these soldiers one by one and cutting them up spreading the plague that was born from his blade. The country of Reim would never know a sickness like this one, and nor had Kou when he had used it there as a test. But Reim would now feel the wraith of the sickness and all those who lived within these corrupted walls would understand the pain he felt when he had to watch his wife slowly die because others refused to show mercy and good faith. There was no reason why they could not have helped him and Julius could have worked to pay off the treatment in some way.

Since the world had rejected him wife he would reject the world and make them suffer. Reim had been selected due to its size and power. It was the Symbol of the height of Human life, and Julius was going to topple that very example and show the world that greed would only bring their destruction.

As Julius reached the group hidden behind his magic he thrust his blade forward stabbing the blade through the back of a soldier, his spell no longer worthy of use as blood splattered over his image.

As the soldiers gathered in front of the barracks, Julius took a moment to observe them, his eyes gleaming with anticipation. He knew that this was the perfect opportunity to make his presence known, to remind them of the fear and chaos he could unleash. With a confident stride, he approached the group, his figure towering over them.

The soldiers, initially taken aback by Julius's sudden appearance, quickly regained their composure. They tightened their grips on their weapons, ready to defend themselves and their comrades. Some whispered among themselves, exchanging concerned glances, while others stared defiantly at Julius, determined not to be intimidated.

A silence settled over the area as Julius stepped forward, his voice resonating with authority. "Soldiers of this pathetic nation," he began, his tone laced with contempt. "Do you know who I am? Do you know what I am capable of?" His words hung in the air, heavy with a mixture of arrogance and menace.

One soldier, fueled by a surge of courage, stepped forward and answered, "We may not know you, but we will not cower before you. We are trained to protect this land and its people, and we will not allow any threat to prevail."

Julius let out a sinister laugh, his grin widening. "Oh, how admirable. But you see, your efforts are futile. This land, these people—they mean nothing. I will reduce everything to ashes, and you, my dear soldiers, will be the first to witness my power."

The soldiers exchanged glances once again, their expressions a mix of determination and unease. They knew they were facing a formidable adversary, but their loyalty to their cause burned within them, refusing to be extinguished.

Without warning, Julius lunged forward, his hand extending towards the soldier who had spoken. A burst of energy erupted from his palm, aimed at the soldier's chest. The others reacted swiftly, springing into action to protect their comrade. Swords clashed, arrows flew, and spells were cast as the battle erupted with intense ferocity.

Julius reveled in the chaos, relishing every moment of the clash. He fought with a savage grace, his movements fluid and deadly. With each fallen soldier, his grin widened, his confidence growing. The soldiers fought valiantly, their determination unwavering, but it was clear that Julius possessed a power beyond their reach.

As the battle raged on, Julius made his way deeper into the barracks, leaving a trail of destruction in his wake. He sought to create a spectacle, to instill fear and desperation in the hearts of those who dared oppose him. He wanted them to understand the futility of resistance, to witness firsthand the consequences of defying him.

The night grew darker, the sounds of battle echoing through the night air. Julius's presence had ignited a spark of fear within the soldiers, rekindling the threat they had once forgotten. The panic he desired began to spread like wildfire, fueling his thirst for chaos.

With each passing moment, Julius's resolve strengthened. He knew that this was just the beginning, a taste of the power he would unleash upon the world. His plans for the future were unfolding before his eyes, and nothing would stand in his way. The sun had set, and darkness had descended upon the lands, mirroring the shadow that Julius cast upon the world.

As Julius retreated from the scene of chaos and destruction, he reveled in the satisfaction of his victory. The soldiers who had survived his onslaught were left to bear witness to the devastation he had unleashed upon their comrades. He knew that the Plague spell he had cast would spread through their ranks, sowing fear and panic among the remaining forces.

As he made his way back to his hidden stronghold, Julius couldn't help but contemplate the immense power he possessed. He was a force to be reckoned with, a Magician whose abilities surpassed any that had come before him. His ambition burned brightly, fueled by a fervent desire to eradicate corruption and bring down the oppressive regimes that plagued the world.

In his stronghold, Julius surrounded himself with loyal followers who shared his vision. They strategized, planned, and trained, preparing for the next phase of their mission. They knew that the attack on Reim was just the beginning, a precursor to the larger-scale assaults that awaited them.

Julius was aware that his enemies would regroup, devise countermeasures, and strengthen their defenses. But he was undeterred. He had spent years meticulously building up his resources, forging alliances with those who opposed corruption, and gathering intelligence on his adversaries. He had studied the weaknesses of the ruling regimes, identifying the key players and their vulnerabilities.

As he recuperated, Julius monitored the crumbling state of Reim from afar. The Plague spell he had unleashed would gradually erode their foundations, spreading fear and chaos among the populace. He knew that the people would rise up, their faith in their leaders shattered, and in that moment of vulnerability, Julius would strike again.

His forces, a combination of skilled warriors, cunning spies, and powerful magicians, awaited his command. Their loyalty to Julius and his cause was unwavering. They believed in his vision of a world free from corruption, where power was held by those deserving, not by those who abused it.

Julius understood that the road ahead would be treacherous, with powerful enemies and daunting obstacles. But he relished the challenge. He was driven by an unwavering determination to reshape the world, to create a future where justice and righteousness prevailed.

As he plotted his next moves, Julius knew that the path to victory would be paved with bloodshed and sacrifice. But he was prepared to pay any price to achieve his goals. The sun had set on the first chapter of his conquest, and the darkness he cast over the lands would only deepen as he continued his relentless pursuit of justice.
