Appearance:
Hairs may raise on the skin, a minor trace of the scent of ozone might be smelt.
Any physical effects on Vodarara are at staff discretion and the above are some of my suggestions as the staff selected/created beast is being kept as an unknown as per our discussions.
(With this level of form when activated your vessel or weapon should be completely fused with your body, either infusing your attacks with the djinns magic dealing A-tier ability damage or giving your features from the dungeon beast theme with such abilities to do the damage, Such as {Dragon Arms, Skeleton bone arms, blade wings, etc} after the house assimilation ability has been used this would just power up their general abilities)

According to Merrze, a Storm Apex is a type of beast from Gusion that was a huntsman with animal features. I went with bird in order to better fit the passive which I came up with first. If you are dissatisfied with the result let me know and staff can look at it again for a revision.

Appearance:
Avian features of the Storm Apex accompany the smell of ozone as the household vessel's magic merges with the wielders body. The vessel user's hands gain dark purple scales and talon-like nails turning them into weapons. From the elbow up, light blue feathers with white accents alight with a dim electrical glow run up the wielder's arms and shoulders. The wielder's eyes also glow with tiny electrical arcs seen in their irises as a few feathers grow on the face around the eyes. At the back, two wings full of the same softly glowing light blue feathers. The wings are as tall as the user when folded with a full wingspan of 8 feet and are capable of allowing the user to glide on updrafts or slow their descent.
Passive:

• Tempests Wings - Ammunition pulled from the quiver is coated in a tightly compact shroud of storm magic. Once fired a pair of lightning wings spread out from the ammunition and violent winds swirl around the shot granting control over its trajectory for up to 50m of its flight path. On impact, ammunition under the passive effect will deal A-tier lightning damage and inflict a 5m knockback from the storm winds.
