Requirements:
- Entry: Kou Affiliates, must have 1 thread in which they have to pledge loyalty to the Emperor of Kou and describe their interest to join the faction. They will start from a lower rank upon joining. For a high-ranked position, besides the mandatory thread mentioned previously, one must thread with Tenma.
- Departure: High ranked personnel must inform Tenma for resignation. Failing to do so will result in the deserters having a bounty on their heads. Lower-ranked personnel can just post a thread mentioning their resignation and reason for leaving. However, if it is proved that one decided to resign because of suspicious reasons that will endanger the country, they will be expecting the Kou military to hunt them.

Description: This faction will act as the Emperor of Kou’s ‘sword’ and will take steps such as but not limited to ensuring Kou's interests abroad, building stronger relations with foreign states, and protecting the capital and the King.
