To make matters betters a rumor of a tale told long ago would start to make it's rounds.

Job Overview: Now that they found out who this Zeal guy is. Ghost took it upon himself to get him to join the good fight. However Zeal want nothing to do with the broken country of Ghost homeland that is no more and on top of that. His power is no rumor. As he is not to be taken likely at all. But if Ghost agrees to fight him and win he just might change his mind.

To be more tone with muscles and a personality that allows him to put fear even inside of animals. With his Sun Blade in his hand. This guy is no laughing joke.

The user could let off a heat wave all around him. Going as far as 15 meters all around and could cause B tier damage.

Sun Beam Blade
Allows the User to unleash a fire based slash. Which could travel up to A tier speed and hit at A tier damage.

Sun Flower Power
Allows the user to absorb any heat based attacks up to A tier damage.

The Power Of Zeal
Allows the user to grow in size up to seven feet even increasing his strength to that of an Omega Tier golem. But decrease his speed to that of a D tier human. Last for only 2 post.

Holy Sword Zeal
Could only be used if the Power Of Zeal is active. The user will Slash down at the target with his hand in a karate chop like style. As fire comes down as well. Whomever or what ever will be hit if thier strength can not out match his.

Weapon: Blade Of Ra
A Classic chinese katana of the eto era. Its hilt is one foot long as its blade itself is 88 inches long and is a thin blade made of metal and gold.

Ability
It can absorb fire from the user and store it for later. Must reset every thread or time the fire is used.

Glory Of Ra
The user will fire off a ten foot frame by frame fire ball as Aoe damage. Doing B tier damage and leaving a B tier burn effect.

The first job lacks details like what sort of plotting you will be doing, you would also need to do jobs/plot to known of the ruins and making the first job looking for a witch u later describe this to be Zeal who sounds like a Warrior, or a Mage/Warriors IDK. It also sounds like you're giving him some type of Magic Weapon? And his traits are a def no go.

If you want to join a rebellion, or do something to aid the Rebellion please submit a job that contains you finding out about them, as I'm sure like any rebellion they wouldn't make themselves just known where and who they are, then probably need to make one gainig their trust, then joining them, then them testing you to see if u can be trusted, then gaining that trust will some small jobs probably like 2-4 jobs like small stuff of gaining INFO or something. then eventually leads to you becoming a member of the Rebellion which then you can start doing jobs that have more of an impact into the world of Helio

Right The npc Zeal is not the witch I was stating it will open the plot up for my Witch hunt. But this should do
