Frozen Thermal Magic
[ Heat + Ice ]

This magic is used to syphon off heat off of an area, person, object, etc. by using heat magic before implementing the sub form of water magic, ice to replace the heat instantaneously with ice. This can result in various effects such as but not limited to, intense frostbite inside a person's limb by drawing the heat inside the limb and rapidly freezing their limb and or blood causing major frostbite. Draining the heat from a flame at the same time as creating ice in the perfect shape of the flame that once was there. Or rapidly freezing a widespread area making the air frigid and below zero and anything inside the area suffer massive cold damage over time while scenery like grass is frozen solid breaking at a single touch.
It varies in danger level given what it is used for and how much ice to be put in the place of the heat. This magic can also work on areas that are already cold and frosty, or prefrozen things using the heat draining area making them further colder by making their molecules come to absolute zero. Character affected by the magic due to a direct attack or being in and affected area suffer from a more mild version of frostbite becoming chilled hindering their full range of mobements for 1 post. If the player wishes to have it last as long as they are in an affected area or affected by a spell directly they may but it is up to them in the end. The level of hinderance must be noteworthy but is up to the player controling the character to decide how much.
