Setting: The year is 44XX it is Spring and eons have passed since the days of Magi. In this world there exists two cities surviving in the midst of ancient ruins. The cities of Heliohapt and Reim. The cities are both large with differing cultures both are heavily involved in aspects of modern politics, fashion art and culture. What is prevalent is the ruins outside of and in between the two cities.
The ruins in this universe are miles of abandoned cityscape, of course most of this is destroyed but the scenery seems to have been a long lost civilization. The ruins are vast and house all kinds of architecture, and many tunnels, subway systems and even an airport. In the ruins spawn many monsters old beasts and men who have died in the ancient wars. Money, weapons, tools and technology can also be found in the ruins aswell as animals and blood thirsty beasts. The ruins are seperated into 7 zones which indicates the difficulty of the areas
At the very center of the ruins is a large structure that scrapes the sky almost infinitely. Glass buildings that reflect nothing line it and the very most powerful enemies are always nearby. Within it people are known to find powerful Vessels of Magic and other tools. Currently many factions have set up territories inside the structure known as The Dungeon.
You start this journey in the ruins of Heliohapt, within Zone
3. You and possibly a partner are the last living members of your squad. You will unite or not with the other survivors in a rendezvous point we can discuss later. For now I want to go over sign ups.

You can sign up right here. The only things I require I'm your application is a name, age and a description of personality any relevant skills and background. For the sake of fairness I will place special skills at a max of 4. If you hold a metal vessel on site you may transfer that to this rp as well.
Fresh characters are also fine and all characters will start with a loadout consisting of. 2 guns, Light armor (able to soak B tier damage), A gadget or special tool of your choice, 1 specific type of grenade or explosive. Lastly you may bring a melee weapon. Other magical weapons or tools can be found in the dungeon.
We will have dice rolls for very specific things. Deciding paths, monsters, hits and damage. We can all discuss this.
If you're interested just drop the information below for your character. Please be specific with your guns, attachment, the ammo capacity and effective range. Scopes little things like that.
Combat
Combat is primarily gunfighting. Teamwork and strategy is encouraged. Players start with 2 A tiers of health. Armor can be found and tools also apply more defense. When shooting a target there are a few things to take note of.
To begin all shots are decided by a dice roll, at base everything above 10 is a hit and everything below is a miss. Damage is determined by the dice and the gun
However conditions change the shooting experience, harder shots will require 1 or more higher dice rolls than 10.
Here are a list of dice effects
Shooting beyond range +3 (13)
Shooting in the dark +4
Moving targets +2
While moving +2
Through smoke +4
Headshots +2
This list is subject to change if it is too difficult or there needs to be a new condition.
Tools
Tools can be any technology that may aid in battle. The only thing is that they can't be a manned weapon(gun) with the exception of turrets. Vehicles and unmanned vehicles are acceptable with the exception of tanks, aircrafts canons and rockets. Those would be magic tools or weapons. A tool can have up to 4 specific features. Features can be thought of like functions to a magic tool. They all have A tier effects. A feature can be something like weapons a tool might have, surveillance or any of it's uses in battle. If a tool has a weapon they are still subject to dice rolls.
Be creative do some research and find something neat or make something up. I can also help.
Searching
Players are allowed a free search every post. Searching is the act of looking stone the environment for loot or tools. There will be a search list with items numbered 1-20. Any time during a players turn they may roll the dice to search for loot and obtain the item that their dice rolls on. Items can be shared.
