The user chants the spell name and points the staff at their target. Two whip like lighting bolts shoot out up to 10meters away in two directions arcing around to strike the target from both sides. 1 is an actual lightning while the other is just an illusion of light that looks like the lightning Bolt. The user can choose which side both parts are on and deals c tier shocking damage to the target if it hits.
