For the first three abilities I will be using all the slots Duq gave me. Two c-tier 1 b-tier

Requirements/Drawbacks: Hoyo must be stationary, must be able to fully open his mouth must raise his tail into the air before use.

Description:

Hoyo lifts his tail into the air charging himself with electricity causing his crystals glow a bright blue before firing a blast of bolt of lightning that travels 20 meters dealing A-tier electrical burn damage to whom it hits

General - Please specify in the requirements/drawbacks that you need the Spear of Disaster on hand to use these abiltiies.

Plague Missle - How large is the projectile? I would highly suggest moving away from the concept of internal bleeding from this, however, if you do decide to stick with it, when please specify it is a very minor form of internal bleeding.

Black Breath - I would suggest not "breathing" out the plague lol, as I could only assume if you did that you would be infected as well. So, please change the concept to the plague coming directly out of the spear. Also, no actual blinding allowed for a simple C-Tier ability, you should change it to blurry vision or something.

For Plague Missle and Black Cloud, since they're Magic Weapon spells, the cost is halved, though it doesn't apply to the sustain. It is from the Magic Tool System:

Magic Tool Costs:

• Magic Tool Functions cost 10 magoi to cast and 5 to sustain.
  
• Magic Weapon spells cost half the magoi of a normal spell of their tier. The cost does not get cut in half again when sustaining them.
  

So this is the code for your first two abilities. Keep in mind the sustain cost is the same as the initial cost (10 magoi for both).
