Personality: One thing that can be described from Rashid's personality is the fact that he can come off as such a ruthless individual. There is no sort of mercy that Raidou can show in terms of people standing before him, he has a firm belief from his past that letting his enemies live would only lead for him to be betrayed once more. Those feelings have allowed him to develop a sense of callousness, an emotional wall that he utilizes to shield himself from the feelings of others, as well as expose his true feelings to other people as well. Rashid can also be seen as politically astute and deceptive, there is always a lingering sense of reasoning as to why he does something, and it is never done out of the kindness of his heart if there is some sort of profit or advantage to gain.
In his private moments, Rashid is in pain. He feels the pain of loss from his family when they were killed, as well the loss of a fallen comrade that he grew up with. To be stronger, faster, maybe even wiser, he blames himself for not being truly ready or prepared for any sort of difficult situation. As cold as he seems when even his comrades die due to hardening his heart, the voice of his soul is a little different. “They wouldn’t have to die if I had more power…more influence.” Rashid is also plagued by revenge for his family, which is a path paved with blood. It doesn’t matter how many people he has to kill, it doesn’t matter how far the chain line goes. One by one , Rashido will break through it, turning his sadness and rage into power itself.

Likes: Fishing- Before he was ever into fighting, Rashid was more into fishing and the like. There something calming about the actions of fishing, and the excitement and pride of catching one.

Manipulating people- Pawns on a chessboard. There will always be someone or something on the board that's needed. Gathering more of these things is what Rashid desires the most, all towards his end goal of achieving his desires of power.

Comradery- For a guy who makes it seem like he doesn't care about people, it weighs down his heart to see those who fight with him die and pass away. Ever since his best friend died for him, Rashid contained a bit of a soft spot for those that were loyal to him.

Dislikes: Weakness- If you lose your way, you are nothing more than the masses that plague the earth with numbers. Rashid has some hardcore beliefs of people making themselves useful in some way, shape or form. If they fail to do so, it won't bode well to him.

The moon- It was something that Rashid used to watch with his wife. However, the full moon at night is associated with a past life that he discarded long time ago. No longer does it represent happiness or wonder. He usually drinks heavily on those days.

Unmerited favor- Its all seen as a lie to him for someone doing something nice "just because". There is a reasoning for every move made in life, and for someone to tell Rashid otherwise is completely illogical to him.

Aspirations:Gaining Power Some would say that claiming a djinn means that you have the potential to be king. Rashid aspires that as a birthright in order to claim his place on any throne as he pleases. It doesn't have to be a djinn, but a form of strength that Rashid can claim as his own

Revenge- In a way, Rashid lives for finding revenge against those who took his family away from him. This is something that motivates him greatly.

Establishing a powerful world position- Whether its gaining control over the Balbadd kingdom, or hijacking a country from the inside, or even taking the top place of an organization. Rashid desires status at the top of the line, it's never enough for him. He wants enough power to void any incoming calamity in his life as best as he can. That seems impossible, but he is beyond reasoning when it comes to ending his suffering in the sense of "inability"
Phobias/fears: Faling to find those responsible- Lets say that Rashid was successful, but the chains was so tangled up that he couldn't even pinpoint who to blame anymore. He would feel lost, due tot he fact that all of the feelings of sadness, anger, hatred, he wouldn't have anywhere to direct them to, and hes afraid of taking it out of people that are willing to serve him.

Unable to gain the power he seeks- For it to be stripped away from him, a Djinn flat out rejecting him, or failing to obtain something based off of opinionated choice. To a guy who lives to make himself worthy of these things, for it to be denied to him to people who actually matter delivers a crushing blow to his pride.

The Legendary Sea monster- Damua: The first time that Raidou had a run in with a legend beast was the very epitome of having a "Bad time" However, that squid-like being destroyed everything in its path, and it also killed his partner. The supposed king of the ocean, its calling card are its minions and the sea turning black before its arrival, stained with ink perhaps. Even more dangerous than a rampaging unicorn.

It's out there...." It not necessarily irrational, but the sea itself kind of makes Rashid uncomfortable due to him knowing what's in there. The legend beast who runs the sea itself. A deep motivation to hunt it, as well as a fear of it, balanced with respect. How can you fear something, respect it, but also want to kill it with all of your might? Rashid can only imagine if it grew enough balls to come onto shore.

Appearance: Rashid has brown eyes and short dark brown hair with a mustache and pretty thick facial hair. His head is adorned with a long red and white checkered shemagh and a black agal. He also wields a scimitar around his waist. He wears an off-white military uniform with a black belt was tucked into his uniform, aqua blue military pants, and black military shoes. His outfit is pretty standard but tells a story of his past. The facial expressions that he makes is very passive, it often gives off the appearance that Rashid is in deep thought at all times. He has a strong posture, he also has a habit of folding his arms alot.

History: Rashid was born in Balbadd, raised in a military family that served the Balbadd army well, as well as the navy fleet that would travel back and forth with boats. So far, it was a nice life. Growing up, he had a best friend named Shakin, those two were pretty much inseparable ever since they met each other at the age of three. Shakin was the son of a one of the political advisors of the leader of balbadd, so them being with eachother was moreso that Rashid was groomed to protect this man in the future. Along the way, Rashid met a woman named Diane and fell in love. To be honest, they married at the early age of 18 and had a five year marriage together , along those years, when he hit the age of 20, they had their first child, a beautiful baby girl. Everything really seemed fine for Rashid , but giving the fact that tensions were starting to brew between Kou and Balbadd, some individuals saw it as a writing on the wall. However, the first stone was cast when one by one, mysterious assassins were trying to get rid of important balbadd military personnel. They came after Rashid as well, but he wasn’t home. He was actually late to have dinner with his family and best friend, and those assassins came to his house. To send a message, they decided to kill the wife and child, but Rashid’s friend took arms in order to protect them for as long as he could. However, as reinforcements came those assassins vanished and his friend was dying from blood loss.
To return home to see his friend and family, dead on the floor , their blood stained all over, caused Rashid to curse his fate. He blamed himself, and he was unable to do his job, so they sent him on permeant leave towards being a security personnel for the boats that come and go from each port. As if that wasn’t enough, the boat was attacked by a monstrous sea creature on the first day of the job . It was smart, fast, it talked, and wasn’t amused to see something inhabiting the seas without its permission. Rashid escaped with his life by the skin of his teeth, and was washed among the shore. He ended up being saved by a meditating monk named jashim, who literally ripped him out of the ocean with the longest hand Rashid ever seen.
