Where's Balbadd?

I believe it was yesterday when I was checking the missions of Balbadd that it would be good to do once I had my abilities approved. But, for my surprise, today, there was not a single one to be seen anymore. I didn't look at it before so I don't know if it was already like this, but Balbadd doesn't appear in the "Main Page" as well - The South is missing. What could this be :o ?

The staff have been reworking the jobs for Balbadd and it, as a country, is locked for now. It will be opened up pretty soon, according to whispers around the water well.

Kaveh is correct, Balbadd has been closed for some time and will be re-opened relatively soon. In the meantime, all jobs for the area are in the process of being reworked and made more appropriate for world events since the last time it has opened~
