Mad Dance: You didn't put the speed of the ability which would be 10m/s, also D-tier abilities can only have one part so there can only be one attack. You also didn't list how much damage the ability does which in this case would be D-tier. Also the cool down would be two posts not 4, and the range would be close.

Power Kick: Okay since you are moving in this ability it would be Supplementary and Offensive. You can't make D-tier abilities that are both, you can either charge at the enemy, kick the enemy away or you can kick him to deal damage which would need to be listed and so would the speed. The range would be close if you kick him and the cool down would be 2 posts.

Power Punch: You need to list how fast you are punching the enemy and how much damage the punch deals which would be D-tier damage. The range would be close and the cool down would be 2 posts.

Mad Dash:Since you are dashing this would be a supplementary ability and the range would be close. Also since it is D-tier you can only dash or attack, I assume you would want the dash so it would be supplementary the cool down for this ability would 2 posts. The speed of the ability would also be 10m/s not 15m/s

Whirlwind Shield: The range for this ability would be close and you need to list how fast you are moving your sword around in the attack. You also need to list how much damage it blocks which in this case it can block up to B-tier damage.

Power Kick and Mad Dash: Something I forgot to add but you need to put the distance for these abilities. Like how far the kick would send them and how far you can dash, which would follow the strength range in the guidelines.

For all of your abilities you forgot to put the proper cool downs so please fix those. And for power punch you did not fix the range.

Minor correction, the distance would go off of scale. For strength, range and scale are the same, but other specializations, it does not, so it should be scale. :)

Get that fixed and you should be good to go.
