With Gilda's new promotion you will need to find someone to replace her old position. Find an acceptable candidate out of the other employees at Opportunity Hall. The Chairman position has been filled, but there are still more seats that need to be filled. You'll need someone trustworthy who is knowledgeable about finances and can keep the money pouring in during your absence. An important part of the Workforce Program is finding businesses and members of various trades willing to partner with the initiative. Find someone to fill a role dedicated to finding new partners and expanding operations across Reim. The last member for the committee still needs to be chosen, someone to keep an eye on the satisfaction of the workers enrolled in the program. Find a qualified candidate who is able to perform internal audits to make sure both the workers and partners are meeting standards.
