Black Shot: launched a 5m diameter 'what'. Needs to include how much damage is dealt and whether it can be freely controlled after release. consider wording as 'launches a 5m diameter orb at 15 m/s that can be freely controlled within 20 meters to inflict C-tier damage'

Blade Valley: Needs to abide by amount rules. As a D-tier, this is only 1. you can, however, simply raise a portion of the ground 5m across.

RipQuip : Needs to include the speed the sword can be created at.

Ds:Magicians cannot, under any circumstances, create a defensive Intelligence technique.
