Name: Boomerang Throw.
Tier: C Tier.
Cost: 20 Stamina.
Weapon Type: Chakram.
Class: Offensive.
Range: 20 meters.
Duration: Instantaneous.
Cool-Down: 3 Posts.
Description: Collecting a Chakram as usual into one’s hand, the user would aim and throw the Chakram at a foe at a curve with a bit of spin added to it. It travels at 20 m/s dealing C Tier damage to whatever it touches. Upon the end of its path, it’d curve back in mid-air before returning to its owner whom would catch it by the centre of its hoop with precision. If it missed, it may have a second chance of hitting the foe on the way back if they are still in the same direction. If hit a opponent or object straight on it would be halted in it's path but if it just manages to graze past the side it would continue on it's path. The weaponry has a range of 20 meters.


Name: Lodging Throw.
Tier: D Tier.
Cost: 10 Stamina.
Weapon Type: Chakram.
Class: Offensive/Supplementary.
Range: 30 meters.
Duration: 1 Posts.
Cool-Down: 2 Posts.
Description: After collecting a Chakra, the user would aim it at either of an foe’s leg and throw it towards them. It travels at 15 m/s speed in a straight pathway and dealing D Tier damage upon contact. If it hit, it will lodge into the foe’s limb and cause them to momentarily be unable to sprint. The weaponry has a range of 30 meters.


Name: Binding Throw.
Tier: D Tier.
Cost: 10 Stamina.
Weapon Type: Chakram [Chakri].
Class: Offensive/Supplementary.
Range: 30 meters.
Duration: 2 Posts.
Cool-Down: 3 Posts.
Description: The user would attach wire to a Chakram, as the other side would be attached to another. She’d aim and throw them both towards a chosen limb of a foe. The objects would move at 15 m/s speed and if they managed to hit the chosen limb, the wired would wrapped around and allow the other Chakram to strike into the foe. The attack would cause D Tier damage and also temporarily paralyze the limb for two post due to the sharp blades striking the nerves. The weaponry has a range of 30 meters.


Name: Curved Throw.
Tier: D Tier.
Cost: 10 Stamina.
Weapon Type: Chakram.
Class: Offensive/Supplementary.
Range: 30 meters.
Duration: 1 Posts.
Cool-Down: 2 Posts.
Description: The user would throw the Chakram in at the foe with the intention to miss after wrapping a rather long wire to it and to her hand. The Chakram travels at the speed of 15 m/s. Upon being close to the foe, she’d quickly tug it in a way that the Chakram would change course and go towards the foe in an unexpected attack. It could also work to attack behind the foe if needed. Upon hitting it would deal D Tier damage. Also, the wire could be broken by any sort of damage if it were hit during the throw. The weaponry has a range of 30 meters.

Tier: D Tier.
Cost: 10 Stamina.
Weapon Type: N/A.
Class: Supplementary.
Range: 5 meters.
Duration: Instantaneous.
Cool-Down: 2 Posts.
Description: The user would jump to a chosen direction at 15 m/s, before landing at 5 meters. It’s usually used to avoid incoming danger or possible get closer to something if needed.

Boomerang Throw:
-As it is an ability, it would not use ammunition, regardless of success.
-You may want to include that if it glances an enemy, it will continue its path, but if it strikes someone dead on (like the stood in front of it) it would stop the path
-Range is appropriate, as it does have to travel out and back

Binding Throw:
-Paralysis can only occur by hitting nerves for Dex users, please reword this
-Please add in how long the limb would be paralyzed for, as a D-tier paralysis can last for 2 posts.

Curved Throw:
-You need to list the maximum distance of the wire/chakram
-As this is an ability, only an ability can disrupt the attack

Evasive maneuver needs to change slightly. You can make a jump using your scale as a 'range' for how far you can move, at the speed of your technique allowed for Dexterity. But you cannot have it as a speed buff. Speed buffs can only be done with magic and magoi manipulation.
