Naturia Stance, Cherry Blossom - this would be a defensive/supplementary move, due to the parry. You also need to include what tier of attack it can parry.

First Dance, Fallen petal - this cannot deal D-tier damage per hit, it can deal a total of D-tier damage. You also need to list how far the "jolt" moves her backward and how fast you move during the jolt.

Second Dance, Rising flower - You need to list how far the jump can move her and how fast she is moving while doing it.

Third Dance, Crescent Cut - You need to give distance and speed of the throw in your description. Also, this ability may need to be changed later after a review of the rules, as generally melee users cannot perform any type of ranged attack like that. However, due to a previous precedent, we will need to look over it more.

Fourth Dance, Thorns - You need to include the speed of the attacks and keep in mind, the ability can only do a total damage of D-tier damage, so both strikes would have to land to deal D-tier damage, not each individual hit dealing D-tier.

Edited.

First Dance, Fallen petal - this cannot deal D-tier damage per hit, it can deal a total of D-tier damage. You also need to list how far the "jolt" moves her backward and how fast you move during the jolt.
Ah, I worded it a bit improperly. Should be edited correctly now.

Code:
Second Dance, Rising flower - You need to list how far the jump can move her and how fast she is moving while doing it.
Since it was Melee rank I though that it was a given that it was within punching range, but I added that in the description along with the speed.

Third Dance, Crescent Cut - You need to give distance and speed of the throw in your description. Also, this ability may need to be changed later after a review of the rules, as generally melee users cannot perform any type of ranged attack like that. However, due to a previous precedent, we will need to look over it more.
Added, and I don't see the problem of throwing a weaponry for a melee long-ranged attack, but if said to remove it later I will.

Fourth Dance, Thorns - You need to include the speed of the attacks and keep in mind, the ability can only do a total damage of D-tier damage, so both strikes would have to land to deal D-tier damage, not each individual hit dealing D-tier.
Likewise, worded it wrong. Should be correct now.

Naturia Stance, Cherry Blossom:
-This actually needs a maximum number of posts you can sustain it for. And your cooldown number must always be at least 1 post longer than your duration.

First Dance, Fallen petal:
-Close, but you accidentally put 'Never surpassing C tier damage' where it should say 'Never surpassing D tier damage', as the technique is D tier.

-Normally, with the addition of a movement type thing in an ability it would also be considered supplementary, but since the 2 meter jolt backwards is at your average movement speed, you do not need to add that supplementary to your technique.
--Technically speaking, you don't need to have it in your technique at all if you didn't want to, as it could be a movement you RP out in your post.

Second Dance, Rising flower:
-You nerfed the speed on a lot of your techniques. Just letting you know, your D tier techs can have a speed of up to 10 m/s.
-Still need to add the distance you jump. Are you .5 meters behind the person, 1 meter behind, etc?

Fourth Dance, Thorns:
-Same as First Dance, you accidentally put in cumulative of C tier where it should say D tier.
-You cannot have your technique be strikes and a throw, unfortunately. If your strikes forced the opponent to fall, that would be fine.
--Make sure to put a distance the strikes cause an opponent to fall away from you, if you do this.
--It will also be supplementary if you do this.
-Please change 'unarmed' to 'body', and describe which mediums of the body this technique can be used with in the descriptor, such as 'hands, elbows, knees, feet, head' etc, etc.

Make sure to add the speed for the first two techs. 15 m/s is the C tier max, 10 m/s for D tier.

[b]Class:[/b] Defensive/Supplementary.
[b]Range:[/b] Self.
[b]Duration:[/b] Two Posts.
[b]Cool-Down:[/b] Three Posts.
[b]Description:[/b] She would make herself into a Muso Shinden Ryu stance with her hand tightly upon the hilt of the blade. Veins would be seen more clearly on the hand holding the hilt of the sword. With a flick of her sword, she’d parry the opponent’s strike by redirecting them by either her blade or her sheathe. If a arrow was shot, she'd strike it in mid-air. Each blow would be at 15 m/s speed. Due to the immense focus and concentration this does put a strain on her. This can also be used in combination to any other katana technique provided it doesn’t change her stance. She can parry one blow of B-tier / two blows of C-Tier damage or four D-Tier damage per post but this can't work against magic.[/spoiler]

[spoiler="Tier D – ‘First Dance, Fallen petal’"][b]Name:[/b] First Dance, Fallen petal.

[b]Class:[/b] Offensive.
[b]Range:[/b] Melee.
[b]Duration:[/b] Instantaneous .
[b]Cool-Down:[/b] Two Posts.
[b]Description:[/b] Taking grip of her hilt of her sword along with her sheathe, she’d swing them in an arc shape, stepping forward and repeating the motions three times at 10 m/s speed. This would deal D-Tier damage per hit to a maximum of three as only the blade was intended to harm them as the sheathe was used as a distraction. The cumulative damage would never surpass D-Tier Damage even if all three hits were landed.[/spoiler]

[spoiler="Tier D – ‘Second Dance, Rising flower’"][b]Name:[/b] Second Dance, Rising flower.
[b]Tier:[/b] D.

[b]Range:[/b] Melee.
[b]Duration:[/b] Instantaneous.
[b]Cool-Down:[/b] Two Posts.
[b]Description:[/b]Performing a strange jump over the opponent that in front of her at the speed of 10 m/s, mid-air a slice of her sword would occur, dealing D-Tier damage upon hit. Upon landing one meter away from them, she’d face toward the opponent back. Though, it’s apparent that she wouldn’t be able to face the opponent if he’s faster than her. [/spoiler]

[spoiler="Tier D – ‘Third Dance, Crescent Cut’"][b]Name:[/b] Third Dance, Crescent Cut.

[b]Cool-Down:[/b] 2 posts.
[b]Description:[/b]Holding the sword, she’d throw it at a foe at a maximum of 5 metres at 10 m/s speed. The throw is rather shoddy but its path seems to be quite straight. If hit, it’d deal D-Tier damage, however it would still need to be retrieved or replaced afterwards to reuse this technique. [/spoiler]

[spoiler="Tier D – ‘Fourth Dance, Thorns’ "][b]Name:[/b] Fourth Dance, Thorns.
[b]Tier:[/b] D.
[b]Cost:[/b] 10 Magoi/Stamina.

[b]Class:[/b] Offensive/Supplementary.
[b]Range:[/b] Melee
[b]Duration:[/b] Instantaneous.
[b]Cool-Down:[/b] 2 posts.
[b]Description:[/b]The user would do a swift strike to the stomach of their opponent with her fist at 10 m/s speed. The force of the punches would just force them to be blown back a meter away, causing them to fall over due to lost of balance. Usually this is used as a last resort if no sword is present for the user. The strike is capable of dealing D-Tier damage.[/spoiler]

After discussion with the other Mods, Third Dance, Crescent Cut will need to be changed/removed. Throwing a weapon is considered a range ability, which is something Strength specialization cannot do.

I'll simply remove Crescent cut and just use four abilities. I don't mind about having to buy a fifth later on.

You don't "Buy" abilities, you get them approved and then train them ;)

But anyways, you wont have to work for the 5th one just because you don't get it now. Just mention that it's part of your starter abilities and you will get it for free with no training required! It'll still have to be D-tier though~
