Description: Zachariah is quick to the strike, and even quicker to the flurry. This is not referring to his temper. Stepping in, and even closing in with a few steps, this technique has him stabbing rather quickly at his foe, stabbing quickly enough to confuse the target. His blades is constantly in motion moving at a whopping 10 m/s, immediately unleashing 5 strikes in under a second. Whether or not they all hit, this deals D-Tier damage if even one hits, though multiple hits doesn't do more damage.

Name: Spring Step
Tier: D
Cost: 10 Stamina (5 Sustained)
Weapon Type: None
Class: Supplementary
Range: Self
Duration: 4 posts
Cool-Down: 5 posts
Description: Zachariah has developed a technique which allows him use the full force of his legs' strength to get short bounds of speed beyond that of a normal person. For a single second in each post this is active, he may take two long steps, allowing him to move in two 5 meter vectors, at 10 m/s. If he doesn't take this second every post, he temporarily forgets how, invoking cooldown.

Name: Smite
Tier: D
Cost: 10 Stamina
Weapon Type: Light Sword
Class: Offensive
Range: Close
Duration: Instant
Cool-Down: 2 Posts
Description: A simple technique in its basis, it's a falling technique. He uses it when attacking from a height, by dropping down on them, and impaling them with the full force of the attack. This ignores some (20+ ft) or all (<20 ft) of the damage he would take from falling, and deals D-tier damage from the stab.

Name: Speed Break
Tier: D
Cost: 10 Stamina
Weapon Type: Light Sword
Class: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Close
Duration: Instant (2 post debuff)
Cool-Down: 3 posts
Description: A simple technique which is a quickly strike to the opponent's head with the pommel at 10 m/s, knocking their coordination completely out of whack. Dealing D-tier damage, this also causes them to become very dizzy for a short while as the fluid in their inner ear stirs from the impact.

Name: Swallowtail
Tier: C
Cost: 20 Stamina (10 Sustained)
Weapon Type: Light Sword
Class: Offensive
Range: Close
Duration: 1 posts
Cool-Down: 3 posts
Description: With a swooping of his arms, he will begin to spin in place before he is now in a pirouette. The grass and dust near him is repelled by the force as he slowly approaches his target. Once he has reached the apex of speed at he turns all of the built up torque into a slash, slicing into the opponent at 15 m/s with great force, repelling all loose debris and even D-tier or tierless projectiles, within a 5 meter radius of him. This amazing display of strength deals C-tier damage upon impact with the slash.

I'm including a link to the ability guidelines since there are some mistakes you made which are covered under it.
https://magiworld.forumotion.com/t45-ability-guidelines-important

Swarmstrike
-The Amount of hits can't be more than 5 for a D-tier move
-The total damage this move deals can only be D-tier. Since you can't do less than D-tier damage the damage of each blow doesn't weaken, but even if they all hit that damage doesn't stack.

Reflex Walk
-Speed buffing abilities are limited to magoi manipulation abilities which you gain at B-tier strength.
-You could change this to a similar technique that allows for a small burst of movement at 10m/s once per turn.
-Dodging isn't based on your tier. It's based on how fast you move and whether or not that is fast enough to dodge an incoming attack.

Greased Lightning
-This is denied because you can't simply state that your ability is too fast to counter.
-List a legitimate movement speed
-Remove all mention of being impossible to counter
-A magician's borg is the protection of the ruhk and occurs automatically in response to an attack. That's part of why we have it so once they break they don't reform here. Otherwise borgs would be way too powerful.

Speed Break
-This ability needs a movement speed for your attack.
-You can't do "half" of D-tier damage as that is as low as it goes.
-Reflexes and speeds aren't based on tiers so you will probably need a different effect such as dizziness or blurred vision.
-At D-tier supplementary effects shouldn't last more than 2 posts at the most.
-This should be Offensive/Supplementary if you are both dealing damage and imparting and effect.

Swallowtail
-You need a movement speed for this ability as well
-You can't deal 4 C-ranks of damage with a single C-rank ability. It can do C-rank damage total.

Spring Step
-please add the range of how long these steps can be.
Ability Guidelines wrote:Range
This determines how far an ability travels, or how much space it can move around within. All abilities require this, but for Strength-Based techniques this can also double as a "Scale" measurement.

D-Tier: 10 meters
C-Tier: 20 meters
B-Tier: 30 meters
A-Tier: 40 meters
Ω-Tier: 50 meters
-Based on the ability guidelines, since you are using two steps the range you can cover with each step should be 5m. Please mention that in the description.
-The max Amount of steps you can have is 5 steps but you would likewise have to split up the range you're moving between those steps.

Smite
-You can't increase the damage of an ability beyond it's tier through clever description use. The damage an ability can do is determined by it's tier. D-tier abilities are capable of D-tier damage. The only exceptions are elemental magic abilities because some are stronger/weaker against certain types.

Speed Break
-Remove the brutal wording as D-tier abilities aren't supposed to be "brutal" by any means. D-tier damage is bruises, small cuts, and sunburns. Flavor text is allowed but save that kind of wording for B and A tier abilities that are really capable of messing someone up.

Swallowtail
-If this is only one post it doesn't need a sustained cost ;)
-Please alter the wording so you actually have to hit them with your weapon to deal C-tier damage because right now it's implied the force of your attack extending 5m outwards is what's dealing the main damage when that is really more of a side effect from your attack.
