In the puddles of muddled water and dirt, the hooves of a steed were to clop violently upon the wet soil that was to lay just beneath. A wave of dark somber clouds was to wash over the bleak skies, raining on the parade of this city. It had caused those who were out, enjoying the joy of the rare festivities, to rush for shelter. It was rather unusual for the weather to ruin the day within these quaint parts, but perhaps just today, fate was not on their side. In the frosty winds, his flowing scarlet coat was to be tugged on, the weather hurling relentless gales at him. Oh, the winds were trying to halt his trek toward his destination, seemingly. Yet, despite cruel nature refusing to let him step foot onto the paved cobblestone of the city square, his boots kept firm. No matter the trials that fate put him under, those boots of his were to keep trudging onward.

Angelus: "Hmph.. Now, who called me here.. ?"

However, the man did not know who he was exactly on the prowl for within this empty city square. It was desolate from what the traveler could see. A frustrated sigh was to escape his black-painted lips. It was no easy feat, no easy task, to travel here within the one day requested by the recon captain from his party. In a dejected state, he was to stare down onto the cobbled paving, his face fraught with utter confusion. It was a cryptic note, but the note had managed to reach them, the Angelist party. It truly was a chore for the chairman and his recon captains to decipher, but luckily, they were able to. It read the following once decoded:
