A three verses three blind fight. That’s what the Young Fanalis known as Humayra signed up for. What were the benefits to such an arranged match? Probably only the fact that each side would know their opponents just about as much as they did their own fighting partner. Essentially there were no advantages to be seen. Something Humayra had seriously considered as she didn’t have any friends to immediately call upon for this sort of endeavor. But why was she here? Mostly because she was hungry and solving that problem required food, which also required money, and that was something she was dangerously short on right now. The questions answered themselves when considering the methods of making money. Getting a skilled trade job? Not something Humayra could do… Having someone hire and pay her funding up front? Not likely. Which left only one real quick solution on the table. Fight it out in the coliseum, and win. Fighting Humayra could do without question. She stood ready at her door, waiting for it to open and let her into the arena. Who would be her ally and who would be the opponent didn’t matter to the young Fanalis girl. This experience would be new to her for one very particular reason; Instead of being forced into a fight she’d have no choice but to win if she wanted to survive, Humayra would instead be fighting solely because she wanted to do so. And for the winner’s reward, of course.

Rufus grumbled ungraciously under his breath. He’d somehow been convinced to participate in a three-v-three match today and already he was regretting it. Focus fighting was his thing, tossing a second and third person into the mix really messed with his style of going out and kicking butt while taking names. He supposed he could participate in a team effort, if his supposed companion were competent enough to warrant it. Really though he just wanted to have another good fight and hoped this wouldn’t just end up being a major disappointment. Still, whatever came he’d focus on the bigger challenge and beat it to the ground with his own strength. This he thought to himself, rotating and cracking his fists to prepare himself for when the doors would open and reveal the opponents.

Shusara danced her shuriken around in the air. Tossing them, catching them when they fell back, alternating which hand she caught each shuriken in. She couldn’t help but grin from ear-to-ear while waiting with bated anticipation for the gates to open up and finally let her into the arena. Death happened all the time in the arena and weapons were allowed. Anything that might happen while inside the arena, even if it were to be death could be chalked up to the simple fact that casualties of the game were expected to happened. Because what fun would a fight be if there were never any risks.

Vita pumped the air in front of her, fists and crimson hair alike flying into the space with a solid “woosh” with each swing. Fanalis fists fast and strong enough to bust open skulls if need be. Unmatched in her fighting class, a six person brawl was what she needed to up the excitement and break through with a fighting win. Maybe if this fight went well enough she’d ask for a raise in the stakes. Her alone verses all three opponents would be a fine challenge to undertake. They were basically all fighting here for themselves anyway since none of them were allowed to converse beforehand with their supposed partners in this match. It might as well have been a free-for-all in her eyes. It didn’t matter. As soon as the gates opened, Vita would be the first to exit the cages at top speed. Making a competition out of her own eagerness, the excited Fanalis would strive to be the first to land a blow once the fighting started.

All the contestants would be waiting behind their respective gates when the announcer began his speech, announcing the names of each contestant along with a small tidbit from his own notes about them. Once he finished the gates would open up and the fighting would begin.

Hearing the familiar voice, Humayra looked back over her shoulder to see the other two fighters who she would be joining the fight with. ”Hey, I didn’t expect to see you two here” A look of genuine yet equally pleasant surprise spread itself over the young Fanalis girl’s features. It was good to know she wouldn’t have to fight alongside complete strangers, the thought only pumped Humayra up even more. A fight for fun (and money), and with people she knew. ”Yeah, I’m stoked. I’m confident in my fighting capacity but this’ll be the first time I fight just for the sport of it.” A pleasant grin formed across Humayra’s face.

The gates opened and Vita Dashed out into the open arena before anyone could even bat an eye. It took her only a split second to identify the target she wanted to clash with and she confirmed the recognition with a wicked grin. Of the three opponents standing opposite the arena only one stood out, Ghost. The undefeated champion who mysteriously stopped attending the arena some time ago was back. What better way to raise her title than to take on and crush an undefeated champ!

“Seriously?” … Rufus let out an exasperated sigh, watching Vita recklessly barrel towards the opposite end of the arena. She’d make it there well ahead of any of them with her incredible speed but… There were three opponents to deal with, one of which he actually recognized. Maybe she could handle Ghost, maybe not. But rushing herself into a one-vs-three was sure to backfire. “Since Vita insists on rushing in like a bull we’ll need to look sharp and keep our wits about us.” Taking arbitrary command of the group that remained, Rufus drew his famed weapon and proceeded to join Vita in the fray, closely followed behind by Shusara and her shuriken.

Humayra nodded recognition and understanding of Ghost’s orders. Falling into formation beside him, the Fanalis girl prepared herself to go on the offensive or even defensive if need be. What she hadn’t anticipated however was the swiftness with which the opponent might want to engage. Tens of meters ahead of her group before the gates even finished opening up, Vita barreled into range. Humayra’s surprise gave way to a fluster of how she should react. She hadn’t expected to see another Fanalis, especially not in their first lineup!

Between the Dash and her A-tier speed, Vita was upon the group in only a few short seconds, leading away from her group by a large margin. But it didn’t matter, a swift and decisive strike could easily knock one competitor out of the fight. She just had to land it. Whatever her opponent’s chose to do in response to her swift arrival, Vita would turn her frontal attack full of telegraphed openings into a gracefully placed feint in the form of a Dash to the side, where she would set up her real attack. Force the opponent to falter. Until the Dash Vita made it look as if Ghost would be her first intended target. Instead as she drew to the side of the trio’s formation, she’d lead into a Furious Strike against his flank, changing her target to a very much under-prepared Humayra. Vita could smell the weak link and she anticipated that if Ghost cared about her at all then he would need to do something if he didn’t want his precious red-headed companion to end up with broken bones from her A-tier attack.

Instead of hitting the intended target, Vita’s attack struck against the cliff of earth Ghost had created, gouging a sizeable hole and hurtling the twice displaced earth and rock in a surprisingly singular direction due to the force of her kick.

Humayra acknowledged the target ghost indicated for her to face. So they would split the combat up, keep any one person from fighting on multiple fronts. Seemed to be a logical enough choice. Even if she’d never had any formal combat training, and despite being a newbie to the arena, Humayra still felt confident she could take on the shuriken wielding individual.

Reaching a close enough distance Shusara flew into position, feet stabilizing her momentous posture to a halt. She then released her shuriken into a Slicing Wheel Maneuver, aimed straight for the target Vita had failed to hit. She would deem it a tactical victory over her eager red-headed ally if her own attack ended up being the first contact of their encounter. But seemed Humayra already had a focus on Shusara’s movements. The attempt to strike her a second time but with a ranged attack from a different angle didn’t go unnoticed as the Fanalis girl kicked off the raised mound of earth and Leaped into the air to avoid the shuriken attack. Humayra’s decent came swiftly and at a lightly altered arc as she came down over Shusara’s position, fists balled, ready to strike.

Shusara watched in awe as her attack was entirely avoided. Levering against powerful legs, her Fanalis opponent took to the air while the oversized throwing weapon careened past, curving into its return. Shusara cursed. Seeing that her weapon wouldn’t come back soon enough to act as her defense, she needed to move. She had no choice but to Dodging Roll herself out of harm’s way. A good thing her reaction came quickly enough because she’d been a hair’s breadth from taking a direct hit. Shusara could feel the intense shockwave from Humayra’s Crashing Wave attack.

Humayra followed Shusara’s evasive maneuver with her eyes, ears carefully listening for the weapon her opponent had thrown so as not to be struck by it on the return. Shusara’s roll ended less than gracefully, having been thrown off by the percussive force of Humayra’s attack. The shuriken wielder now stood in a vulnerable position, her shuriken buried in the dirt halfway between herself and Humayra...

“Tough words for a mage about to get his ass handed to him!” Vita’s grin widened. Mages and their trickery! They were easy to deal with if she could get her hands on them. Ghost could very well be the same way, but she needed some assurances and to do that she’d need to garner an advantage in one of the most dubious ways possible. He’d already brought himself too close to her for a mage’s own safety. Readying her fists Vita breathed in deep before unleashing a mighty Fanalis Roar. Only Ghost would be close enough to be directly affected by it though but it would give her just enough time to launch into an offensive with her Rapid Strike, stabbing with her left fist towards Ghost’s gut and following up with her right fist into a swift uppercut.

As he looked on he just knew this was going to be something. As this fighter was better than the last ones he went against. But could he pull through this time? His speed put him on par with hers. That is the only thing keeping them a match. But other than that she had her strength and he had his magic. So in the end it will all come down to who can do what and when. Just then as he saw her coming at him he would step back at blinding speeds.  Taking this chance again to use yet another earth-based spell by using "Earth's Call with Gaia Fist This would take up the form of a small earth sphere. Which would be about three meters high and wide all around. Just as Vita came at him. This would no doubt have her breakthrough it. But this is what he expected to happen.

As he looked on he would give a smile as with that last hit to his earth sphere he was about to dodge the next attack as clear as day. As he then took his stave he would call forth his spell himself. Force Of Ghost:Ark would then be used. It would form as high as it could get. As it surrounded the two. As Ghost would them say out loud. "This is gonna hurt but I doubt it will be enough to end you and whatnot." Just then if all went well she would be hit by the Ark as it was no escaping such a powerful force. Being made out of a borg and light spell. This showed just how much of a force Ghost could really be. The blinding effects of the light itself should cause a delay. But for now, Ghost had the upper hand.

Meanwhile, Moka and Rufus were going at it but he had the upper hand. As she was trying to hold on. Soon enough she would start to catch her grip with her feet and call it one. As she now knows she would need to catch this fighter off his good footing. But that as easily said than done. As she looked up she would notice Ghost cast his Ark spell which in fact was one of his most powerful spells. She now knows she has to end things fast or else it could all go bad from here.

Surprisingly Ghost had an ace or two up his sleeves. Vita’s fists struck and crushed earth instead of their intended target. Mages were indeed sneaky things. The veteran Fanalis warrior already knew this and it wouldn’t slow her down much, if at all. He intended to keep his distance but Vita would not allow it. “You’ll be hurting a lot more before this is over.” Vita retorted, pausing only long enough to briefly observe the activation of Ghost’s Arc, and his present location. Her eyes would squeeze shut, she knew better than to look into the brilliance of any caster’s spells. The fanalis could feel her skin burning even as she Dashed through the mage’s incoming assault. If Vita couldn’t see him, then he likely couldn’t see her when her body became engulfed in the light of his own spell. Banking on this assumption, the fanalis warrior pushed forward directly towards Ghost’s last identified location. Closing into position, Vita’s body twisted into a vicious and Furious Strike. With the light making it hard to distinguish her approach, the A-tier speed of Vita’s movement, and even the advantage of A-tier speed with her Furious Strike, her chances of catching the mage at his own game and striking him with serious damage were high.

Not good. Shusara stood separated from her weapon, something she very much needed if she ever hoped to win a fight against a Fanalis. Shaking her head to ward off the disorienting effects of Humayra’s attack, Shusara leaped forward in a vain attempt to reunite with her Shuriken against an opponent who already fast approached. Humayra reached the distance of Shusara’s weapon just a little sooner than her opponent managed to. The Shuriken wielder united once again with her weapon only to now feel the stark sensation of dread flood over her.

Humayra spun around into a half arc on her feet, right hand gripping the back of Shusara’s neck and locking her into a Dragon’s Claw Maneuver. With the opponent successfully grappled, Humayra continued her spin, weaving Shusara’s body into a full arc before finally slamming her face first into the ground with a Crashing Wave. Dust and debris blew outward from the impact while the force of Humayra’s attack caused Shusara to see stars.

-Vita closes her eyes to avoid the blinding effect of Ghost’s Arc, taking A-tier burn damage but using Dash to push through and close distance between her and Ghost.
--Vita uses Furious Strike in an attempt to deal A-tier damage to Ghost.
-Shusara attempts to recover her weapon but Humayra catches her into a Dragon’s Claw dealing D-tier(C-tier) Crushing damage.
--Humayra combos Dragons Claw to perform an unavoidable Crashing Wave, dealing C-tier(B-tier) damage to Shusara.
-Humayra's Stamina = 135/195

As Vita came rushing at the witch he would be all smiles. It was as if he knew what she was going to do next. It was not hard to see that Vita uses her strength full-on. Without even thinking she would come at Ghost but before that he would watch as she Blitz right through his Ark. This along has scared him quite a bit. As not many people would dare do such a thing to one of his most powerful spells. However, the way she was moving the ark would soon be no more, and although she did get hurt it clearly was not enough as the beast was still moving. This put a smile on his face as he would see his ark fade away. Next thing next he would prepare himself as he jumped back from her.
Seeing she tried to hit him and what not.

True, her speed was something to be behold but Ghost himself marched her in spell as well and unless she could go faster than that it was game over for her. As he stepped to the side running out of the way of Vita's attacks. Ghost would point at her and let out a powerful spell with his stave. As the lightning came about with his stave. Ghost would release his next attack at her. It was the Bolt Of Ghost: Zeus one of his most powerful spell and the one he will be using the most out of all his spells. This spell would be more then enough to truly hurt the incoming Vita. But if that was not enough Gjost had more tricks up his sleeves if anything. As even if this hit something tells him this will not be enough to take down such a strong for.

Ghost used his speed to dodge her attacks as she gave way more then enough time to allow him to.
