Abilities:

• Water Spout: The Magician casts a 10m long, 1m in diameter spout of water that deals B tier damage to anything it hits.
  Tidal Wave: The magician creates a 10m x 10m wave of water that rushes out up to 20 meters dealing B tier damage to anything in its path
  Aqua Jail: The user encases the target in a 3m diamter sphere of water that requires B tier strength to break.
