Lagi gathers and forms a swirling mass of Hazard magic, forming in the shape of a circling serpent that's 100 meters in size. The serpent can travel as far as 500 meters at any given time. This coiling pool of energy does A-tier Hazard damage to all within it’s 100m diameter of the snake except the user. In addition to that, everyone within the 100-meter range of the snake that's not the user will find themselves heavily disoriented with radiation sickness caused by an A-Tier hazard magic haze being emitted from the snake. The status effect will last for four posts while with the Hazard Magic Passive being applied to the inflicted. When a target is inflicted with radiation sickness, they are unable to perform basic actions if they aren't powered by hazard magic. If they are continuously exposed, the timer will simply reset,

• Omega Factor~ Scales Of Orochi ~This serpent construct contains scales all over it's body that gives it the same durability level as an omega tier item's defensive power. The durability will have to reach 0 for the snake to be completely destroyed and dissipate.
  

Players can still cleanse with other abilties or specfic healing types keep that in mind and players with shields. If they are under its effects its one thing but they may try to protect themselves or someone may try to cleanse them. Besides that the ability looks good and as long as you keep that in mind its approved for training.

Lagi gathers and forms a swirling mass of Hazard magic, forming in the shape of a circling serpent that's 100 meters in length and  50 meters in width. The serpent can travel as far as 500 meters at any given time. In addition to being able to do A-tier ability damage with it's body, the snake also has an optional way to attack in the form of a "hazard blast" from it's mouth  that can reach as far as 100 meters at a time.   Everyone within the 100-meter range of the snake that's not the user will find themselves heavily inflicted with a specialized radiation base A-tier status effect called "breakdown. The breakdown doesn't affect the person themselves, but the items/weapons on their person or within the area instead that's exposed to the mist. The durability of the things will be compromised, experiencing a (-200) to their durability each post that they are within the aura's range. The status effect will only last as long as the inflicted is within the aura, while the Hazard Magic Passive will be applied to what's inflicted. When the item durability is brought to 0,  they are considered broken and need to be repaired to be used. The snake will last for a total of 4 posts before disappearing.

Length & Width - You still have it set to 100mx100m which is less of a snake and more of a giant cube. You probably want to adjust these dimensions

Potency - You still have 3 A-tiers here. A-tier construct, A-tier damaging AoE, and A-tier effect inflicted by AoE. There should only be 2 A-tier

Breakdown - This effect should not have a duration persisting if they enemy leaves your AoE

Duration - The construct's duration should go in the description, it is not a part of the omega factor
