Description:

Using razor magic, the user would start removing the air in his surrounding area about 15 meters, making air thin for 1 post. Gathering the removed air around himself he would make himself the center, and create a large upward funnel of razor like winds about 8ft. The razor like winds would reserve the flow downward blowing outward from the ground, repelling all around himself as the wind have a dark tint, it deals razor like 'b-tier' cuts to all, and their equipment.

Scaling: Rebirth: Giving 15 magoi, the user can reform the dragon back to its original state while lowering the number of post it remains.

Cooldown: 4 Post

Description:

He gathers the light particles in the air spawning a makeshift dragon, 10-15 meters in length and 1-4 meters in circumference. The dragon takes on a faint bloody look.  Being an dragon, it can take flight travelling at speeds equivalent to its caster tier. The dragon deals A-tier damage alone with its physical attack, and is able to fly freely up to 30 meters from the caster. It can be destroyed by A-tier damage, if not it lasts 4 post, before vanishing into light particles.

1. That's not really razor magic, it sounds like it's just wind magic.

3. You could control the dragon but it wouldn't be a sentient thing. B-tier speeds aren't a thing. We went over this is the last dragon you tried to make. It would just have a certain speed based of how you describe it's movements.

Angel’s Breath This is also like a off/supp/supp spell for me because you make air thin and also deal damage as well as knocking people back. Also... the razor magic will take a shape of an angel? You forgot to add scaling too

Breath Of Dragons Add more requirement for this spell to work. So after you activate Palaimintas Drakonas, what you should do with your wand/staff?

Palaimintas Drakonas You have to add that it could be destroyed with A-tier damage too. Also you don't need to add blood to control it and there are no blood pacts in magic. You can just control it by manipulating your magoi like every other spell.
