Description: The Vinsomer [ x ] is a species of dragon that resides in the mountains of Kou. They have beautiful multicolored markings in unique striped patterns across their whole body. These creatures are wary, dangerous and usually prefer isolated, high and rocky environments. In folk tales, it is said their breath alone caused thunderstorms and their wings formed hurricanes.

They have highly conductive bodies, rendering electrical damage and paralytics ineffective. However, they are still effected by poison, which will damage them. Their scales are tough, bringing all damage down one tier from its original potential.

This female is 14 meters tall and 18 meters in length with a wingspan of 20 meters. Her basic attacks deal A tier damage, her natural speed on ground is C tier, and her flight speed is B tier.
Abilities:

• Electric Ball - The dragon will shoot out a ball of electricity that is 5 meters in diameter. It will deal A tier damage and paralyze for one post if it hits directly with a target. Upon hitting a solid surface, it explodes into a cloud of electricity that is 10 meters in diameter and lasts for 3 posts, dealing C tier damage per post to whatever is in the area.
  
  
• Electric Breath - The dragon will breathe a cone of electricity that grows from the mouth to 15 meters long and 5 meters wide. This may be moved freely to follow a target and will deal B tier damage on hit.
  
  
• Vortex - The dragon raises her wings above her body and flaps them four times. This will bring enemies that are at least 20 meters away from her towards her body for 5 meters each flap.
  
  
• Berserk - The dragon will jump up and stomp her feet in a frenzy, creating one to four shock waves that radiate out from around her. These will deal D tier to those on the ground and knock them down.
