Questioned aimed at staff

Okay my character has these 2 items, which were designed
to act as 1 weapon even though counting as 2 when entering a topic.  Allowing me the benefits of using my magic and stealth in a unique manor. I remember i stopped using this person because generally i couldn't work out how to keep my fighting style due to system changes. Want to pick staff brains on how to get this sort of thing functioning again. Note: I am in process of rereading everything so if things changed again to allow this back into circulation I do applogize.

Appearance: Its 93cm long [so if Kabuto has it at her side, the blade reaches just above ground level: It has a black blade with a white glazing down the cutting edge.

The thickness of the blade ranges from the Handle Mount at 2.8cm, to the tip end 1.8[This is not the tip]. It cannot be used unless other equipment is attached, like an actual handle, along with the option for additional equipment.

Appearance: The wand takes the form if a Katana handle, which can be attached to a Katana. It is 30 cm long[ 11~ inch], and the Grip is 2.5 cm thick.

The bottom is carved in the form of a flowing cloud, which acts as the main part of the wand channeling through the handle to the small tip.

Uh, I don't even think a Katana is an Assassin weapon? Like, maybe it would have been considered one in the past, but... assassin weapons are defined as 'unorthodox melee weapons and medium range thrown weapons' and a katana can't really be considered an unorthodox melee weapon - nor is a medium ranged throwing weapon, of course.

But anyway, I guess you could stick a wand at the end of a weapon. I personally feel you'd need to use the end associated with the class of the ability you're performing. Of course, it would depend on the requirements and what is logical, but if you're launching an assassin offensive attack to slash someone, you obviously wouldn't be able to use the magician side of the weapon.

how it was explain at the time of creation when talking with staff at the time before systems and stuff changed. Because it was just a curved blade that could be attached to something it worked as a stealth blade.;  in this case my other item. My Handle Wand.

I have no problem changing the blade shape so its a little different. maybe something like below just looking to maintaining the wand attach ability to a blade.
